The McDonald's in Gramercy is the worse the food is disgusting and the service is even worse

So we try them again and here's what happen My husband and I went through the drive thou of McDonald's I was ordering our food and there was an suv that got in front of us went to the window and drove around to the 2nd window the girl hands him food (it was ours) and he drives up I pull up the girl opens the window and ask me what I had so I laugh and tell her and she says so the vehicle in front of yall didn't order nothing we tell her no but they got the that I payed for and we have to sit there and wait for our food she hands me our food and I ask her is that how you get free food here and she proceeds to tell me that their camera isn't working and bluh bluh before I drive off I tell her that got free...

Every time I go to this location the employees act as if they don’t want to be there and most definitely don’t want you there. No one is ever at the counter and when asking for help ordering today, the manager rolled their eyes and turned away. I had asked politely and I waited a minute or two, but it was clear no one cared to come to the counter. So I left without being able to place my order. I understand restaurants get busy, I understand having to wait, but being outright ignored and treated rudely is unacceptable and reflects poorly on...

Poor customer service. No one was in line ahead of me when I placed my order. I drive up, get handed a bag. Pulled off, realized it wasn't what I ordered. Drove back around, advised I got wrong order. She checked receipt, defensively she rang it up correctly, let them know at next window. Waited behind two vehicles, finally get to window, inform her I received someone else's order. The lady behind her clarified my correct order. They prepared it, she handed the girl my order, she unapologetically and unpolitely passed it to me. ...
