Bluebird Bistro — Restaurant in Granby

Such a memorable time was experienced by the 17 members of my family. Lisa Brazel accommodated us on so many levels. She reserved patio space (not done) near the outdoor concert venue, she allowed me to bring my birthday sheet cake and present it to the table with my candles aflame, and assigned Tommy to be our server. Our group was given its own space on the patio, and my family took full advantage of the area dancing to their hearts content. Besides all this wonderful treatment, the food was extraordinary and everybody concurred. Tommy was also an excellent waiter, who doted on our every need. Without hesitation I highly recommend...

We ate here with our 5 kids. It was $150 for 3 pretzels, nachos, a side salad and a sandwich. The sandwich was “fine.” The rest was genuinely terrible. The giant pretzels were very dry, we ended up throwing half out. The nachos were some weird attempt at fancy but only consisted of a terrible cheese sauce and what tasted like the liquid from a can of baked beans drizzled all over soggy chips. No toppings on top. I couldn’t eat more than a few bites. It was hugely disappointing to spend that much money on garbage. Love this place…we first came here last year and we have returned this year 2024. The servers, Josh & Tommy have been nothing but top notch professional and 1st class service. The wait staff stop by often to refill our glasses of water. The food here is really good too! We have not had a meal we do not like. I tip my hat to the chef and his cooking associates. They are awesome. Granby Ranch is a great place to get off the beaten path and enjoy the beauty of Colorado!
