Dunkin' — Restaurant in Granby

I’m not usually the person that does this and usually I just let things go easily and just go on with my life but this morning I have not been able to. I go to this dunkin in Granby almost every morning through out the week (I go through the drive thru because I have my 1 year old with me and I’m on my way to work) and I would say every other day I go someone in rude or just doesn’t pay attention at all in less words bad customer service....actually the worst. This morning I pulled up excited because the patriots won and thought the gave free coffees, I was corrected that it was a dollar and you had to be a perks member..no problem okay I’ll get my same coffee that I get every day a large Coc caramel hot coffee reg cream 2 sugars the man on the head set couldn’t hear so I said it louder this time (I am soft spoken and the AC has a very loud humming noise so I’m assuming this is the problem) well the gentlemen over the head set comes back with “thank you for turning towards the menu and speaking “ I’m this very condemning and rude tone, I had been talking into the speaker the entire time btw. So I pull up and the man speaking to me IS A MANAGER! I asked the women at the window to please tell the man he should not speak to customers so Rude..especially the ones who come there daily...she didn’t really care....management really needs to do...

WOREST PLACE EVER NO ONE CAN DO THIS BAD AND STAY IN BUSSNESS. THIS GUY BEHIND COUNTER GOT TO GO BAD, BAD AND IF I COULD ??? DRIVE THRU THE GUY INSIDE WAS NOT IN ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM GOING TO SPEAK UP. I TRIED TO TELL HIM ON THREE DIFFERENT TIMES I COULD NOT HEAR WHAT HE WAS SAYING.YOU THINK HE WOULD SPEAK UP .No I repeated my order three times and again he ask me what was my first item. Ok waited for him to tell me the price "NOT HAPPENING" NOT EVEN WHEN I ASK I GOT NO REPLY. I ASK IF I CAN PULL UP TO THE OTHER WINDOW"SORRY NO REPLY" I WAITED BECAUSE I WASN T SURE ON WHAT I SHOULD DO.TIME PASSED HORN STARTED TO BEEP BEHIND ME SO I WENT FORWARD I GOT A RECEIPT FOR WRONG AMOUNT AND THE RECEIPT WAS NOT ANYTHING I ORDERED. SO I REPEATED IT AGAIN. WAITED GOT THE WRONG ITEMS AGAIN.I REPEATED AGAIN.THIS TIME I AM TOLD NO PLAN STICKS.OK PLAIN DONUT NOPE SO I LET HIM PICK. GOT A DONUT BUT NOT MY COFFEE NOR MY WIFE TEA. WAITED AND REPEATED IT AGAIN THIS TIME I GOT MY COFFEE SHE GOT HER TEA. EXCEPT IT WASN 'T DECAFE AND TEA HAD MILK IN IT. SO WE DO IT AGAIN AND YOU WILL NEVER GUESS WHAT HAPPEN.!!!! ME I THE GUY WHO GOES THAT EXTRA MILE TO FINE DUNKIN DONUT STORE. THIS PLACE IS THE PIT OF ALL PITS THAT GUY GOT TO GO QUICKLEY. DATE 5/31/2018 TIME3:00PM I WELL TELL EVERYONE TO GO...

Coffee is Obstriticulously delightful. The staff was courteous and over friendly as if to cover a dark secret lurking deep within the psyche of their subconscious hearts. Upon entering the restroom i was then aware of the dark secret dried urine on top of the seat and old poo spatters on the bottom. " who could have done this" i said to myself..."and why" cursing under my breath i took a healthy sized ball of toilet paper wetting it in the sink while applying liquid soap the slippery kind and not the foaming antibacterial kind i began washing the toilet seat. And conducted my private business. When i exited the lavatory i started towards the line to purchase a doughnut pleased with my job of cleaning their bathroom i thought a glazed stick would and should be a suitable reward for my labor. I approached the counter and said "sir, i have just cleaned your bathroom may i now have a doughnut please!" Suddenly the whole establishment fell silent and i was escorted out by secret security ...and told never to darken the ealls of this establishment ever again. Then notified me they knew where my son goes to school and it be a shame if anything ever...
