Culver’s — Restaurant in Grand Blanc Charter Township

My fish sandwich had tarter sauce on it and was not suppose to. So they took it back and made a new one, which took about 20 min. Finished my sandwich gave them my recipe to have them bring my hot fudge and oreo sundae. About 10 min. They brought that, but had no hot fudge on it. Since it was busy I sat there waiting for an employee to come by as I didn't want to lose my seating. Finally I had to go back up there to have it fixed. They said they'd make me a new one, since it wasn't right. Asked them to just put fudge on this one. Guess they couldn't do that . I thought that was wasteful. So finally asked couldn"t they just give me a dish with hot fudge in it which they finally did and I put it on myself. Needless to say I didn't enjoy my eating out experience at all. Went on a Tuesday night around 5:30 pm. Very few people there. Had all the kids stand back and decide what they wanted so things would go quickly when ordering. So there were 6 of us price was pretty good. However talk about messing up. 1st off took about 5 minutes to place an order girl was super slow, only 1 person was given a cup. Had to go back up to get our milk and other cups. 3 burgers we ordered were wrong. 2 kids ordered a single butter burger, received doubles, I ordered a burger with cheese and mayo got no mayo. 1 kid got nothing I had to go back to tell them we were missing part of our food. 2 orders were correct. Food came out fast enough, everything was nice and hot. Went back after eating and ordered custard sat waiting for about 5 minutes to receive it. I love Culver’s and this location has always been the best! Clean, quick and with a friendly staff. However I waited in the drive thru for 30min tonight (Friday night busyness but worth it) to get a grilled cheese value basket and a pup cup for my dog. I got home and the sandwich had bacon pieces grilled into the outside and sprinkled inside as well, rendering it uneatable to me as a vegetarian. The fries were great, however, 😂 and my dog is obsessed with the custard!! I know the employees were slammed in the drive thru and hustling to make food, it just sucks that that sometimes means that meatless meals will often be contaminated by meat 😭 and I’m now without dinner. (I tried to pick it off but it was too in the cheese and the bacon smell/taste was overwhelming).
