NEVER GO THERE!!!!!!!! BEWARE!!!!!!
So when arriving at Taco Bell, my friends and I wanted two orders and ask if we can do so. Angrily, the cashier Marsheila said that we can only do two orders, which is what we asked for. I ordered a Chicken grilled stuff burrito xl. I did not receive that in my order, even after waiting thirty minutes. I had left for about 1 minute before noticing that the food was wrong. I turned the car around, I notice that the drive through line had 12 cars in the line. For this reason, I parked the car by the lobby , and lightly knocked on the glass. The people inside first ignored me, including the manager. I then knocked again and the crews members pointed to the drive though. So my friend and I walked to where they were pointing. When arriving to the window, they said that they could not serve us until we get back in line. We explained that the order was incorrect, but they still said that we needed to get back to the end of the line, even though the line has 12 cars. We explain that we believe that it unacceptable to wait thirty minutes in line, to correct the order. The manager then came to the window and said that it is policy that if we did not get in a car, then she would call the police. We explain again that we thought it was unacceptable to have a customer wait another 30 minutes, just to correct the order and I also said that I would be telling corporate. After saying this, the manager said that she did not care. I asked what possible way should we get in line with all of the cars. The manager then said you can cut in front of the car that was coming up. I then had to politely ask the car, if we could get in front, since they refused to service us. The other car obliged. We then had to get back in the car, drive all the way around and get the new food and Marsheila slammed the window in our face after giving the food. After receiving the food, it was still incorrect, but by this time we no longer wanted it to be fixed anymore. This poor representation of customer service makes me feel as if I don't want to ever order at another Taco Bell facility and to tell my friends not come back to a...
Read moreI drove out of my way because my boyfriend bragged that they’re open and even advertise their hours. ALL of the lights were on, menus lit up. I waited at the speaker for 5 minutes, I decided to call after another car pulled behind me. I said “hi, I’m in your drive thru and no one is answering” Lily, replied with “we’re closed” I asked why, she said “we closed at midnight, there’s only two of us here” I proceeded to tell her they shouldn’t be pushing their hours on the marquee sign if they close early and they should change it on google because I’d driven out of my way. Having worked for a franchise I know that at times the headquarters need to be contacted to do so. Respectfully, do they need 3 people to make a taco? Was it midnight they realized they were understaffed? I know it’s difficult to find help, but why open at all if that’s the case. I asked her if I could speak with a manager, Lily told me she was the manager. I asked for the phone number to Taco Bell’s main office and she said “you can find it on the website” and she hung up. BUT …. Nothing prepared me for what happened next. I pulled around to snap a picture of the sign and as I drove around the building I noticed that the car behind still at the speaker so I waited, the truck pulled up to the window, I watched the female employee unlock the window take the money, and then serve the people. I was shocked, I called back immediately and stated I’d just called, you said you were closed but I just watched you serve the car behind me. She then proceeded to say “well they only wanted drinks”. 1. That wasn’t true because they passed a bag to the two in the truck 2. What if I only wanted drinks? Pretty sad that you employ individuals who discriminate so effortlessly, that can’t make tacos with 2 people, and although closed… still answer the phone yet don’t have time to provide the phone number of the franchise they represent. Ive been a restaurant general manager for years, it seems to me Lily wanted to close early and kept the lights on for someone other than me. I gave one star only simply because it’s the only way I could leave...
Read moreWhat poor, unprofessional and lousy service. I wait in line for 30 minutes and get to the speaker and then I was told it would be another 30 to 45 minutes when there’s only about five cars in front of me. Honestly I am not exaggerating either when I write this. I kept wondering why the other cars were driving away. What in the world are you people doing in there? This had happened to me before and I try to be patient. This place is getting worse and worse as time goes on. There are times that it is closed when the sign says it is open and it just makes no sense. If this Taco Bell can’t handle the business then I think you should just close the doors and call it quits. We went to the drive-through to the Taco Bell on Hill Road near Fenton Road and it was very efficient. I will always use this Taco Bell and I will never return to yours which is very sad because it is closer to my house. Honestly to you reading this. Do you have an hour and 15 minutes to sit in the Taco Bell drive-through and wait? Corporate needs to step in. I have read the other reviews. A lot of them are not impressive. Finally please don’t respond with a blanket comment such as. “We can do better.” Or “you should not wait this long.” Or “we will pass this on to the Grand Blanc team.” If you are serious then take a long hard look at this restaurant and fix it. Finally this restaurant averages 3.6 stars. That’s a 72%. In school that’s a C- ...
