Let me start off by saying that the best pizzas I have ever had were New York style thin crust, round pizzas from around the Times Square, and Brooklyn New York area. That was about 8 - 9 years ago. Nothing I have had since compares! They were so good that I have compared every pizza with them since. I am so disappointed with the NY style pizzas and pizzas in general that I have come across since then. I have become a big Detroit style square deep dish pan pizza fan. They are the next best style of pizza, in my opinion. I like my pizza with cheese on top, so Chicago style is 3rd on my list. I have just about given up on getting non Detroit style pizza because I am expecting what I tasted in NY and only want that pizza and taste! I have become very judgmental with every pizza because of that. Now about Enzos pizza. They don't have deep dish square pizzas, so it was so hard for me to even try it! The only reason why I tried it was because I saw a lot of hyped user posts about Enzo's pickle pizza on my city's non official social media page. I had to try it. It's was very good! I loved thd thin crust. My only complaint is that I wish it had more pickles and cheese. There was not enough, in my opinion. The taste was excellent besides that. I even liked it heated up the next day and would get it again if it had more toppings. It still isn't that NY pizza that I crave, so going back was tough. I decided to give them another try with all the hype I still see on social media. I ordered the "Intimidator" specialty pizza, minus the green peppers. I was expecting your typical specialty pizza (their own versions / favorite pizzas). I didn't expect it to have so much of the toppings it came with. So much they had to bake it twice. They handed it to me, and it felt like bricks were put into the box. šŸ˜† Some may say there is too much of the toppings. There was so much that it was impossible to pick up without half the toppings falling off. For me, that was a good thing. I loved how much was put on it! I was very impressed. The taste was excellent as well. I will get it again. Enzo's is growing on me. I will most likely not order a regular pizza with regular toppings, but I will try their other specialty pizza's. They also seem to experiment with occasional new promotional specialty pizza's. That's will bring me back. They are still nothing compared to what I had in New York, but they are a great alternative to the Detroit style square pizza. Keep adding promotional specialty pizzas, and I will for sure be back to try those. Just don't skimp on the toppings, please! I'd be a regular pickle pizza consumer if it came with more toppings. I also got the chili lime dry rub wings. They were pretty good and meaty. Better than the wings, most pizza joints serve. Having to pay extra for ranch dressing sucked, especially because it was like $2.99 for a 4 oz ramekin. I will most likely not get the wings again because I like ranch with my wings but will not pay that much extra again for a side of ranch. The young guys working there were very nice and personable. I felt comfortable and welcomed while waiting for my order. Enzo's is worth a try.

Maybe the reviews built it up to much for me, maybe I'm just more of a deep dish guy. I'm not sure what the issue was, but I was not blown away or even remotely so. Like many things in life there was both things I liked and things I didn't care much for. 1. It was BIG, at 18" it makes a lot of other pizzas look like tiny hockey pucks in comparison. 2. Even though I got this with a mail flyer coupon for $10, I would not have been mad at all if I had paid the full $14 for this beast. 3. They do NOT mess around when it comes to toppings! This thing (especially considering the size) was very well loaded with pepperoni. 4. The lady at the counter was very nice and helpful. 5. The tiramisu was VERY good. The couple things I didn't love: 1. Super light on the sauce, I mean this thing was sauce light. 2. This next one really surprised me, as I had read a review/comment mentioning how good the cheese was. But for me it was on the hard and dry side. Now this could be due to the long drive through construction, I don't know, but I have to say, I really was on the disappointed end of the spectrum as far as cheese went. Now with all this said, I will be back, at least one more time, because I have trouble jelling my experience with all the great ones I've read here. And will update at that time. I'm leaving a 5 but at worst all things considered a 3 or 4 would be the lowest I would go.

Good place with great customer service and top notch food. A few years ago they won an award for best pizza in the area, and I can see why. Small place, takeout only, but the customer service from the counter-people is wonderful everytime I come, and the food is worth it. This ain't no Little Caesars, it ain't gonna be hot n ready 24-7, and it ain't gonna be $5-$6 for a large; that said, their prices are extremely competitive and even better than many other options in today's market. I've been here multiple times, pizza is great, breadsticks are to die for IMO, but my favorite are their strombolis. I got the stromboli for the second time today, and it was wonderful. They let you pick up to 5 toppings, which is more than anywhere else I've been, and the things big enough to fill a small pizza box, and it weighs considerably more than a small pie. For $15-$16 its a great value. I'll be back, and I'll continue recommending them to locals.

Title: Enzo's Pizza: The Undisputed Champion of Stromboli with Unmatched Service, Thanks to Owner Ian V.

Review:

Enzo's Pizza is a culinary gem that has stolen my heart with its incredible Stromboli and unbeatable service. From the moment I stepped into the restaurant, I knew I was in for a treat. The warm ambiance and inviting atmosphere set the stage for an exceptional dining experience.

Let's start with the star of the show: Enzo's Stromboli. This heavenly creation is a true masterpiece that satisfies even the most discerning taste buds. Each bite of the Stromboli is a mouthwatering journey of flavors. The perfectly baked dough, golden and crispy on the outside, encases a delightful blend of gooey cheese, savory meats, and fresh vegetables. The balance of ingredients is simply unparalleled, making Enzo's Stromboli the best I've ever had. The attention to detail and commitment to quality shine through in every bite.

However, Enzo's Pizza isn't just about incredible food; it's the outstanding service that sets this place apart. And behind this exceptional service is the owner, Ian V. Ian's passion for his craft and dedication to customer satisfaction are evident in every aspect of the dining experience. He takes the time to personally greet and engage with each customer, ensuring that their needs are met and their expectations exceeded. His friendly demeanor and genuine care create a welcoming environment that makes you feel like part of the family.

The staff at Enzo's Pizza also deserve high praise. They are knowledgeable, attentive, and go above and beyond to ensure a memorable visit. Whether it's providing recommendations or accommodating special requests, their professionalism and warmth are truly commendable. The teamwork and efficiency displayed by the entire team reflect Ian's leadership and commitment to excellence.

Beyond the Stromboli and exceptional service, Enzo's Pizza offers a well-curated menu with a variety of mouthwatering options. Their pizzas are equally impressive, boasting a perfect balance of flavors and a delectably crispy crust. The salads are fresh and vibrant, and the pasta dishes are rich and satisfying. No matter what you choose, you can be assured of a culinary experience that will leave you wanting more.

In conclusion, Enzo's Pizza, under the stewardship of owner Ian V., has carved a well-deserved place in the hearts of pizza lovers. Their Stromboli is an absolute delight, and the service provided by Ian and his team is second to none. I highly recommend a visit to Enzo's Pizza to experience the magic for yourself. You won't be disappointed.
