Stopped in with the hubby for lunch. Walking in I noticed all the tables were dirty and the floor under the booth was gross!! I only ordered a soda and my husband orders a combo meal. Moving forward I went to fill my cup with ice and I got regular ice tea and my husband got sweet tea. I noticed that we had emptied the teas so I walked up to just let them know trying to be polite. The lady turned around in a very rude voice said "OK!!". At that point I just turned around and walked away. My husband turned to me and asked what was going on and I stated what had happen and that I was gonna report her for no only being rude to customers like myself but she was all over the place. Yelling at employees to do things. After she heard me say that she said... Oh did you need me to fill it up back here all rude and snotty!! I politely said no. We sat at a dirty table and she continued to inorge the issue about the tea. While leaving I heard a gentleman tell her that they were outta napkins her response was "I know" and turned around to walk away. I noticed her name tag ashlyn was her name and she is a shift leader. I was on a road trip stopped by to get gas and lunch here. Ordered a couple burgers with fries and drinks to go. It was not busy at all. After my food was handed to me I got back on the road and after a few miles I looked in the bag and found only ONE BURGER INSTEAD OF TWO THAT I ORDERED AND PAID FOR.
On my receipt I still have reads at the date and time of 01/22/2024 12:18pm at which the incident happened. The servers name on the receipt is Jenny Covault.
After my trip and on the way back, I stopped back by to explain what happened and get either a refund, or a coupon, or even the burger I PAID FOR AND DID NOT RECEIVE. I didn't get the name of the guy but whomever the server was at the time of roughly 7:10pm on 01/27/2024 did not offer me any replacement for the loss. I work the food and beverage industry as well. I know it can be hard at times but I also know how to treat an upset guest.
The service I received tonight on 01/27/2024 was awful! All I got from the guy was "I can't do that" in an irritated demeanor.

Read moreIve been to this location and the one on north avenue once a week typically, and this one is very different. Their prices are different and so is their staff. One of their female workers addresses customers as “love”, “hello love what can i get you, thanks love, here you go love”, very weird. The sweaty long haired guy with no hairnet always has bad attitude, like he must make it known he doesnt like his job. Order a burrito with small hash browns and a large soda he always corrects you to say “so a meal?” Sure man. Also there is no consistency, order burritos here and they are different everytime, sometimes literally a waterfall of grease pouring out of it, and sometimes its super dry and the tortilla seems almost fried. Its just weird because the north avenue location is the same everytime, but this location has no consistency and rude employees. That being said i stopped going to this location because they are unprofessional and rude.
