Family owned and the Chef's has experience in culinary arts and they have experience with customer service. .. The salsa and chips are very good. Food is served on time. The moment we walked in we where welcomed. Dont be fooled by the small place you'll enjoy every bite. La comida esta muy rica y al tiempo. Tortillas hechas a mano. El lugar esta limpio. I couldn't care what the place looks like but this restaurant closed 😕 it's no longer perlitas so in it's place is another restaurant and the food is horrible we waited for 1 hour and 15 min for our food just to receive uncooked and greasy eggs smothered in cheese .
