This time was just nasty and wrong customer service from day management we peroder food on line for delivery so we called to make sure that everything was good and she claimed that my order was not in the system so I asked if she could check and was every rude and told me to take her confirmation that I had made it so I did general management spoke with me when I got out of work said that everything was good that they would have someone delivery the order next day when food was to be delivered I called just to confirm time day management said that food would get to me at what ever time I put because she didn't deliver I told her ok at 11:15 she hung up phone it was 11:30 and no food they refused to answer my call so called from different number they answered and day management said my food was there if I wanted it to go get it mine you it's already late so I said fine so I get there already going to be 12 she is on phone with someone her cell phone and tells me your order is gone so I asked her if I could have corporate number she said if you want it look for it and told me that who was on phone with wanted to talk to me I told her I need corporate number please but they didn't care THIS ONE ON CARL RD VARY VARY BAD SERVICE so I missed my lunch and food was...
Read moreInhave always gone to pollo regio, there were a few times in the last few times I had gone where the people were rude but today was just ugh. We had not gone to eat there in a few months and we went today because my son was craving a tostada, so we get there and we see a whole bunch of flies everywhere. I understand that flies get in some how but not that many. We stayed because my son really wanted to eat there. So there we are getting the salsas and I didn’t see it at first but when my husband was about to pour one ro his taco he sees it. He tries to talk to the manager and they started to avoid him, so he waited and tries again they kept him waiting for about 15min. He was trying to tell her to change the salsas and to be careful to put something outside so they wouldn’t come in. (She never changed them, we had to be the ones telling people not to get that salsa) We have gone to many other restaurants and we have never seen that many flies. I pay more than $40 worth of food to just get home and have half of my order incorrect and missing items... can’t even call to complain because obviously they never answer the phone. Good food but the customer service is horrible the gentleman that was in drive thru today was very rude didn’t even say hello or anything. Definitely need the employees to have better training in customer service. The whole chicken is supposed to be 4 servings how am I suppose to feed four people with one small cup of beans and one small cup of rice.
