El Guero battery — Local services in Grand Prairie

Purchased this battery 4 months ago and like 3 after this one and have been great but this battery (First one I’ve purchased) started acting up for 2 weeks already truck won’t crank and has a alternator checked and tested and terminals replaced and tested to see if it’s a truck issue and even removed the positive terminal while the truck was running and still was running good truck keeps failing on the first crank and has barely enough power to crank the second time and decided to bring it in and have it looked and explain to the older gentleman the issue and says it’s got enough juice can’t do anything about it and walked away to another customer and ignored me and personally it’s really more work bringing a battery with a issue and stuck with the same one because it’s got enough juice just plain rude and disrespectful 100% Now I’m stuck with a half working battery and out 180$ GEL battery thanks for the help 👍🏻🤦🏻‍♂️

Compre una bateria hace 4 meses y tiene problemas para encender por 2 semanas y vine para hacer un test y no la quiso cambiar dice que tiene suficiente poder y ahora Tengo una bateria que no sirve Muchas gracias por la Ayuda 👍🏻

The store owner never offered or talk to me about no solution AT ALL and my receipt was LEGIT tried saying I’m lying and numbers matched up and I never denied anything they just plain and simple IGNORED me so how is this any type of way PROFESSIONAL and if that’s how yall run businesses that’s what reviews...

Auto zone told me I had a bad battery with no charge nor could it be charged. They wouldn't even charge it for me. I stopped by El Guero and the guy could have sold me a battery I didn't need but he checked it for me and informed me the battery was not bad as auto zone stated nor did he see a problem with it. The battery was charged and fully capable of being used. This saved me 80 bucks. This is what I call customer service. They may not have gotten my 80 bucks that day but I will only buy my batteries here from now on and will insist my associates...

Took my car to supposedly get the fuel injectors fixed. They said they fixed it but the car was having trouble running, left it there since they said they’d be able to fix the new problem. 5 weeks passed and there was barely any communication, when they finally gave me my car back, it had broken parts on the exterior and the inside was gutted and the back seats were taken apart and just thrown in the back. My battery was also drained and my car wouldn’t start, even though the gentleman working there said it would start. Terrible experience, never...
