McDonald's — Restaurant in Grandview

Went to this store requested my food fresh to order, got in my car and got back on the road and only two out of six items were made fresh the fries and one McChicken I ordered two McChickens fries four piece chicken nuggets and double cheese burger. My burger was cold and the one of my bottom bun was burnt and hard my McChicken was cold and nuggets were cold too. I called to let the manager know that my order was wrong. Told me I was incorrect that it was made fresh I told him no only two of my items were made fresh the rest were cold and wanted to argue with me and the proceeded to tell me I was wrong and there was nothing he could do unless I brought the food back. Which I'm not gonna turn around just to have them screw up again when I know he can take my name down and next time I come through town they can remake my order. I will not come back to...

Just the worst Mcdonald's I've ever been to. I've got numerous orders wrong which has always been small things but still a nuisance. Although most of the staff is nice, they can be very slow even with just a few customers. My worst experiences however have come from trying to complete door dash orders. In sunnyside, the order is ready almost always as soon as I walk in the door. But in Grandview, I haven't once come in for a door dash order and have it gone smoothly. Twice they didn't even notice they had a door dash order until after I'd arrived. On one occasion I had to wait in the store for 20 minutes for a small order to be finished. I have had multiple bad experiences with this restaurant. The first time I ordered a McChicken and 2 cheese burgers with ketchup and pickles only they were marked correctly so I assumed it was correct, when I arrived home and opened the wrapper and they had everything besides being marked with only ketchup and pickles. The 2nd time I went and order the 2 cheese burgers again but they gave me a mc chicken without any meat besides a mc chicken not being in my order. The third time I order the same cheese burgers with ketchup and pickles only and they gave me one correct while the other and every thing but ketchup and pickles, just drive the extra 5 minutes to go to prosser or sunny side don't...
