Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Granite City

This is one of the worst restaurants I've ever been to about 2 months ago I called and tried to place an order and the staff was rude so I didn't go back for a couple months. Thinking that since there's a high turnover rate that there might actually be a different staff. Well, I called it an order or made an order online last night and I placed it at, like 11 15 11 20. Something like that? And it didn't get to my home until 11:58. And I was okay with that with a them closing soon but when I open my food. And it looked horrible but I still ate it because they were already closed and I was hungry whatever so I woke up in the middle of the night with my stomach cramp and really bad diarrhea and I called them and I asked them to make it right. They told me that since it's after midnight. I wasn't able to get a refund but they tried to give me free food. I do not want something that looked as horrible as I got. Not only that, but also made me. Sick tried to speak with corporate and gotten nowhere. I've called several times With corporate and I've even called the store. The manager got rude with me and hung up on me. And I've been very pleasant this whole time. I even called a different location and asked for the district manager in which over sees this Location also and yet to receive a response. Also think it's kind of funny that they only comment on the statuses of their food being great or 4 star or more, but yet the people that are saying what's wrong with their food and not getting nowhere and being treated the way they are. This is why this company will eventually go out...

Ordered online. Said it would take about 30 minutes until we could pick up. We had loaded tots, buffalo chicken, spinach and feta bread, pacific veggie pizza and cheese dip. It actually took an hour for them to make the order. They have raised the price and halved the quantity of food. The 7.99/item deal has turned into a joke. Don't get loaded tots or the Buffalo chicken. There were 24 tots with sprinkled cheese and what I guess they were saying bacon. Truly about $2 worth of food. And the chicken used to be one of our favorites but it was laughable. The pacific veggie pizza is delicious, but it's 18 for a thin so we probably won't ever order that again either because its barely enough to even feed 2 people. The cheese dip was delicious and okay I guess for 4.49. The spinach and feta bread was probably the only thing worth the 7.99. It also no longer comes with a sauce so that's now also a separate cost too. I think we will just skip domino's from now on. It used to be one of favorites and was great cost wise. We can go out to dinner and have a much higher quality meal for half the price and have leftovers. Added a picture of the pathetic chicken so hopefully others don't waste...
