Before choosing to spend a fortune at this establishment, go have a look at their FB page...They have removed the review section of their FB page. They delete any comments made on their posts that may be considered negative.They block said commenters from commenting on any and all posts.They don't respond or respond poorly to FB direct messages. I'm not saying that the owner (Jason) is a bad person. I don't know him personally. When I have encountered him, he has been friendly. But he has proven time and time again that he does not know s#!t about customer service or service recovery. My family visits Weathervane weekly. We spend between $30-$40 at our weekly visit. Not complaining about the money, as it's a tradition for us and allows us to escape the world, have a treat and enjoy family time. This past week, our experience was horrible. I went to their fb page to find that there is no option to leave a review. I commented on a post and explained the above (kindly). My comment was deleted. I commented the following day and again my comment was deleted. I hate to stop going but for management to not only not address my concern but then delete my comment twice? Seriously? Read morePicked up my order here that was placed at 5pm to be picked up at 8pm. 7 tacos and a french fry. I get in the car with the food after waiting almost 10 minutes, the French fries were ice cold - literally hours old. I went back to the window and asked for the last taco and a replacement french fry. They say they will make it, give them a few minutes. Thirty minutes later, the kid comes to the window with the last taco and says "my manager tells me I can't make the fries again because the order was placed at 5 and not picked up until now." They tried to hand me back the cold, hours old french fries. I asked for the manager's number - boy was Brendan a treat! After a heated conversation I asked for the owner's phone number and was told "I am as high as you can go." And I said I would like the owner's information. He said I'm not giving it to you, and good luck finding it." And hung up. I wouldn't recommend this place if you care about customer service - at all. They have a drive thru window to place your order, but there's no menu or speaker before you get to the window. I recommend looking up their menu online to know what you want beforehand. Otherwise, you'll have a staff member standing at the window waiting while you're trying to read the menu stuck to the window to decide what you want. Don't get me wrong, the lady working the window was really friendly and did not rush me to order in any way. But, when someone is hanging out the drive thru window staring at you from 3 feet or so away, I felt like I had to order as quickly as possible. Im weird though and anxiety ridden.
