Falls Cafe & Canoe — Restaurant in Granite Falls

We stopped in for a small town cafe experience and got just that. Had great food I had an omlet with feta,spinach,etc that was really good, beautifully plated with bacon,fresh berries an orange and a grapefruit slice,and Bob Ross toast! Yes Bob Ross toast,lol. Shared the Date plate which was new to me, dates filled with goat cheese and wrapped in bacon with a sauce that was very tasty! The co-owner running his tail off on this Sunday morning to let his wife recover from a surgery even ran to the store for bread in like 5 minutes got back and took care of all of his customers! Impressive! Also the ambience in the restaurant was so refreshing. Grab a menu seat yourself get a cup of coffee or lemon water as you enjoy all of the paintings and prints displayed throught the cafe. Where do I start with Adam and Jessica?!? Was in town with my girlfriend from Virginia and being outdoors people we were looking for something to do. Fell upon this cafe and canoe rental by chance and let me tell you, they were AMAZING from start to finish. Canoe delivered promptly and clean. Instructions and care were clear and top notch. It was an amazing time with sandbars, fishing, and just relaxing on the river. He even gave us a shuttle back to our vehicle. Absolutely the most friendly café in the area. Nothing here is made without forethought and every plate comes out like it was in your own kitchen. I'd done some work for these owners in the construction and got a preview of the wonderful food before it even opened. I recently got the chance to eat there while they were open for business and it was just like owners, Jess and Adam had made me a home made meal in the comfort of my own home. 5 stars are for restaurants.
