Went this evening. My mom asked the difference between iced and blended and the guy kind of laughed at her— and when we got to the window the girl in the back was laughing and looking at us like “I have to see who asked such a dumb question.”…
I’m pretty sure she knew the difference, she was just spacing out today, and on top of that we never get coffee. She had to find what she wanted off the online menu :( I don’t think we’ve ever even been to a Starbucks. She had a really bad day, and I think it just made her sad to be laughed at. She literally cried on her drive home, which sucks. While I don’t think it was that big of a deal in retrospect, she had a bad day and it just kind of set everything over the edge, yanno? She works in healthcare and her clients were a challenge today. A nice interaction would’ve gone a long way for her. Even if it wasn’t toward her, you can see how it seemed like it was. Please don’t laugh over the intercom like that after someone asks a question. You never know what kind of day they’re having.
That aside, we liked the drink. Just don’t think she’s gonna wanna...
Read moreI have mixed feelings about this place. I am trying to love it. They have great product, but sometimes I feel their employees need better common sense training. They usually are busting their butts, but they are all over the place. I go there regularly to pick up breakfast for my daughter-in-law and myself… And I can see everything they are doing because I order at the walk up window. I watch them prepare the sandwiches, then take them out of the toasting oven and then leave them sit on the counter getting cold while they start making someone else’s order. For Pete’s sake, I am standing right there. Bag up my sandwiches and give them to me please before you start working on someone...

I waited an extra 20 minutes after my order was completed. After I had to call them and see what was going on. One of my drinks was completely had no icing it and was very watered down. And my two cinnamon rolls were completely cold when I received them and they were supposed to be warm... call to talk to manager and they said they will not be for few days and said they'll call me without taking...
