1942 Tacos and Tequila Newell — Restaurant in Grant District

There was a miscommunication with a few things we ordered, but they did fix it. So I would do a 4.5 but they don't do half stars so overall I rate it a 4.5.

That half-star is because they need to put a heat scale for their sauces and dips. The salsa that comes with the chips has jalapeños but it's not too hot. However, the "salsa" that came with the steak tacos was.....very hot! The kind that doesn't give up residency in your mouth. Very hot! But no indication on the menu.

Test the sauces before you use them!

Can I find anything wrong with this place at all??? This place is one of the most fabulous places i have had the pleasure to dine in at. The service is professional and freindly. The food prices are affordable. The place is clean clean clean. And the food quality/ taste...omg.. the most succulent, melt in your mouth taste!! I will try to find here at least once every pay!! 55$ for basically an over cooked taco bell meal in a 3rd world country. Worst meal I have had in a very long time. Portions are ridiculously small. Apparently fajitas do not come with anything other than some bean slop and chips I could brake a windshield with.. you are definitely better ordering from crazy Mexican or Chico fiesta..
