We had 7 people in our party, 4 adults and 3 teens. It was 25 cent wing night which was the only reason we decided to go there. We dont take our kids out to eat very often because its so expensive to take 5 people to a decent restaurant. We waited an hour to get our food but we didn't complain. All 7 of us ordered wings and sides of fries or onion rings. Never once were we made aware that we were not going to be allowed to take any of our extra wings home. So my husband and I ordered 20 wings each. We both ordered 2 different flavors. The teens and other 2 adults ordered 10 each. We ate as much as we could of our meals and then asked for a box for our extra fries and the few wings we had left. We were told we could not have a box for out food because it was dine in only. Not understanding what she meant exactly, we asked for a bag to put our paper boats of fries and wings in. Again we were denied. At that point the waitress informed us that the 25 cent wings were dine in only and no leftovers could be taken out of the restaurant. We we all under the impression that if we paid for our food we would be allowed to take home what we couldn't finish, like in any other normal restaurant. We had to pay for everything but we werent allowed to take it home! I still had about 7 wings left out of 20. We were quite irritated that we hadn't been informed about this policy WHILE we were ordering! The waitress said it was a new policy that had been put in place a few weeks ago. I told her we hadn't even been there to eat in the last 6 months. The waitress just said sorry but that is the policy. As she walked away we decided we would go ahead and wrap up the food we paid for and take it with us anyways. When the waitress came back with our receipt she told us that if they saw us taking our food out of the restaurant that we would be not be allowed to dine there ever agan. At that point we had already decided not to go back anyways so it was worth the risk. How hard would it be to have the servers and the hostess make customers aware of the policy before ordering?? It said "dine in only" on the menu, but we took that to mean you couldn't just stop in an order the wings to go. Not that you couldn't take home your leftovers that you paid for! We have only been to 2 other times since the restaurant opened. The other adults had been there maybe a couple more times than that. But none of us will ever go there again. Terrible customer service, terrible management, and an overall over-priced menu all combined to make this terribLe place to eat. Since we paid full price for the fries and onion rings, shouldn't we have been able to at least take thoee home in a proper box? Huge rip off! You just lost 2 families as customers! I'm sure you don't even care though, you...
Read moreFirst off, the menu from the web page is outdated. They do not have tomahawk steaks to our dismay. Second, our appetizers were amazingly good, even for a bar. The garlic Parmesan wings were very crispy with just the right about of sauce and cheese. We also got the hot pepper cheese balls with a side of ranch. The ranch is very good and does not taste like any ranch that I’ve ever had before. Now for all the bad stuff. The celery stick that came with the wings has rotted ends. This was easily noticed by the slime and discoloration, which should have been noticed by the cook who put it with the wings. Disgusting! I ordered a grilled chicken salad. The salad was just plain old salad mix you can buy at a grocery store, chunks of lettuce hearts, too many carrots pieces and dark green rotting leaves were all too present. The fries were cold and limp, and the chicken, albeit had good flavor, was obviously precooked and reheated because it was extremely dry. Terrible! My wife got the steak and Swiss sub with a side order of warm soggy fries. The steak was chunky not sliced and not very present on the extremely large bun that it came on. The Swiss flavor overpowered any taste of steak that was available. The bun was fresh and toasted well. Service was average, nothing special. Not very busy at 5pm. The pop we had was a little weak, not terrible, but noticeable. My advice is to just get the wings if you stop here, otherwise I’ll...
Read moreWe went to Saddle Ridge for dinner tonight and cannot stop talking about how awesome it was. My mom and I both had the sirloin, which was perfectly cooked and seasoned. I got a salad and red mashed potatoes, my mom got a salad and brussel sprouts, and we all tasted the brussel sprouts and agreed they were the most delicious we'd ever tasted. My husband got the blazzin ranch burger, and my dad got the cowboy burger, and they both got fries. The burgers were juicy, flavorful, and perfectly done. The fries were so delicious. My husband got the salt and vinegar seasoning added to the fries and it was so tasty. My son, who is a picky eater, got the kid cheeseburger with fries and he loved it! Excellent portions, delicious food, awesome price. We loved the ambiance of the restaurant too! Every table was well spaced out, everything was squeaky clean, and the server was a sweetheart. We will be adding Saddle Ridge to our list of favorite restaurants in the...
