Subway — Restaurant in Grant District

I have never been to a more disorganized Subway in my entire life. The young kid working was really working his butt off & trying to take care of customers & I felt bad for him. The older woman who was working as well kept running around complaining about pick up orders instead of helping him. I was 2nd in line & I waited over 20 minutes. Placed our order online, asked for the sandwiches to be toasted and the tomatoes, banana peppers and the dressing to be put on the side. Well nothing was done we asked for so the sandwiches were very very soggy. This is the 2nd time we've ordered that our order was not followed at this store. Then while eating a spider fell out of the sandwich I was eating! We order from this store a lot, needless to say we won't be ordering from this...

I reallt like Subway sandwiches and the familly frequently gets their Meatball and Coldcut Combo meals and drinks. The downside to this location has to be the left hand turn out of the parking lot or turning into parking lot from Route 30 East. The resturant is near top of hill that drivers speed over. Otherwise a great place and friendly staff. Customers just need to be cautious of traffic speeding...
