Dunkin' — Restaurant in Grantham

Store was dirty with trash on the floor and didn’t look like it had been swept in weeks. The staff was two extremely over weight females who were both wearing short shorts that were falling off their behinds and they kept grabbing the back of their shorts and pulling them up- with gloves on. Neither one of them greeted me or said a word. I had to ask if I could order something because they literally stood there and stared at me- not very welcoming. The coffee was good, I’ll give them that. Any other dunkins in the area can’t seem to make a coffee and I always end up dumping it out because it’s gross but this one was good. They should really work on store cleanliness and hygiene of their employees though- no one wants an over weight person who looks dirty, pulling up their shorts repeatedly while touching their order. And a “hi, what can I get you today” or a “thanks, have a great day” goes a long way- they seemed annoyed that I was there and made it so I...

The store and staff are all okay. My dislikes were that basic cleaning things that should be done were not done. Coffee stains on countertops, little stuff that could make anything slightly better. I disliked the idea that the staff were on their personal cell phones talking. It may have been management, if so that's okay but the employee should tell the customer that is waiting that they are on the phone with their boss and that they are not ignoring you. I only got two drinks, one hot regular coffee nothing fancy and a frozen lemonade it was about 5 minutes just standing in the lobby while not being acknowledged. The worst Dunks I have ever been to. I have given this place 3 attempts since it is close to where I live. It’s dirty and the staff are so rude every time I go there. I am a manager at a hospital and came in to pick up some treats for my staff. Literally no one else was in the store and the cashier was giving me so much attitude for inconveniencing her with my business. It wasn’t even that much stuff and she told me I should call ahead to make it easier on them. Well... first your phone is always busy, second the store was empty!
