Gimmies Grill — Restaurant in Grants Pass

Gimme's Grill at the Golf Course in Cave Junction, Oregon has great food, a sports-oriented atmosphere, and quick, efficient service. My sister and I went there a few days ago for dinner and had a great time. I had their blue cheese burger (I don't remember what they called it), without bread, in a bed of greens with fries. They give you unlimited "fry" sauce (it's pretty much thousand island dressing), which is great on your burger, as well. My sister had a burger with tomato, picked & onions in a bed of greens and a side salad. They don't skimp on the greens, and it's not just iceberg lettuce, there are actual deep greens in there! The portions are generous, without being excessive. The flavor is really "home-cooked" tasting, very fresh and delicious, and with very reasonable prices. We look forward to going there...

When I tell you I ascended I can't even exaggerate. I tend to be a very healthy eater, I ordered a side salad just in case I wouldnt feel up for the hamburger (my boyfriend would have HAPPILY eaten for me if it was the case). But after one bite I kid you not I was incaptivated I DON'T EVEN LIKE HAMBURGERS, I'm from Southern California and in-n-out is a sometimes for me (which btw, I LOVE innout spread, but they can miss for me at times when it comes to their sandwiches). This was a godsends hamburget, I HOPE EVERYONE GETS THAT CHEF 08/14/2022 1:30PM BECAUSE IM OBSESSED.

As always, Gimmies did not disappoint when a friend and I dined there August 11. We enjoyed the tri tip dinner with fresh, crisp dinner salad, sautéed vegetables, loaded mashed potatoes and tender, savory sliced tri tip with spicy BBQ sauce. For dessert, there was a marvelous ice cream cake of chocolate ice cream, cake, whipped cream, and choice of fruity, caramel or fudge sauce. It was very delicious and utterly decadent. Our service was great. The atmosphere is relaxed, casual and friendly. Bring a date or family or some friends and enjoy this hidden gem of a restaurant in Cave Junction.
