Franz Bakery Outlet — Restaurant in Great Falls

Store Manager Mary and a customer having a loud conversation in a small store about their political views on Immigrants/deportation.. I expressed a reasonable request to not have to hear political issues from a store employee/ especially Manager.. . It has no place in a retail setting. and was rudely told by the manager to leave if I didn’t like it. . I explained I will never again patronize a Franz facility because of This, and will tell as many people as possible about my experience….

People have a right to their opinion, but Customers shouldn’t be forced to hear them.. I don’t go into a store and force my political views everyone...

I so enjoy shopping here. I shop here weekly and Mary is very helpful and is always busy. If I ask her for anything she will go look to see if they have it. I only shop when she is working. Ad all the times I have been there when she isn't present, I don't get service. The guy who works there is either hiding out in back room or smoking and I for one own a business and this is a huge true off for me to shop while he is on shift. I love this place! It's right next to Malmstrom! Mary offers the best customer service. They have awesome reward incentives, a discount wall, military discount and great low prices on all their groceries. I'm amazed at how much food I leave with and the price I pay every single time. 100% recommend! Not to mention how much they give back to the Great Falls community!
