Noble Roots Brewing Company — Restaurant in Green Bay

So, I’m the kind of guy who’s up to try new places, new stuff, and new phads. But when I know I like a place and don’t care for any others, I don’t try to push myself to like another. I live in Downtown Pooler, where it’s restaurants galore. You got fast foods, fancy foods, frightening foods, and enlightening foods. Then, one day, my mom said: “I just found a new burger place”. I was like: “A burger place, you say?” I should also mention, I’m also the kind of guy who LOOOOOVVVVVES burgers. Without much convincing, we head off to the Southside of Pooler. I didn’t know what I was in for, but after…OH BOI, DID I NOT REGRET IT!!! With everything made from scratch, my burger was made well-done (and I’m not just talking about the meat) and my mom’s salad was also great (I know anchovies get a bad rep from the Ninja Turtles, but I SWEAR on my own life the salad sauce had the perfect amount! I really enjoyed my first time experience at Noble Roots Brewing, for a variety of reasons! The two owners, Genie and Katie did such a great job at making us feel like we were at home the second we walked in the door! While their operation is small, the quality of the beer is definitely superb. Coming from North Carolina, I couldn't help but appreciate the small home like wood log environment that these ladies provide for their guests. I left with a growler of their yummy Cardinal IPA after sampling several different beers such as their stouts and Blueberry ales. They also have a lot of merchandise for sale, including stickers! Growler fills are all based around $12, which is really fair to me! I would certainly come back any day...

This place is a must stop for any beer enthusiast and anyone considering becoming a craft beer lover. Absolutely the best brewery in Green Bay at least, if not all of Wisconsin.
