I am going to have to give this place a restaurant. When I rate places, I rate them by cleanliness, quality of food, and how well is the service, just to name a few. Overall, the place was good. Very small amounts and prices way too high for what you get. And it really wasn't all that good. The thing that blew my mind was that we were charged $1 for 12 ounces of tap water! Really??? I could see if it were some Dasani bottled water or something. I have NEVER been charged for tap water at a restaurant. Much less a $1. If we got only water OK maybe. But when spending $20 at a place you'd think you'd get tap...

I have always liked going to Jim's but I was so disappointed... when do u put mustard on cheese burgers. Not only did they put mustard on a cheese burger they put so much mustard on it u couldn't taste anything but mustard. yuck.. and the chili was not good on the fries.
