This shop has a massive selection of flavor options for ice cream and soft serve, plus they also serve hot dogs! Perfect stop before or after a round of putt putt golf at their course next door! They have quite a few options listed as gluten free, and the day I was there they had two options that were dairy free as well. When I ordered dairy free ice cream, they asked if it was for a food allergy and noted my ticket as such (I assume to prevent cross contamination). I really appreciated this attention to detail!!! They serve Coke and Pepsi products for those who are divided on what sodas you like! Very clean shop and the a/c felt so nice after we putt putted 18 holes next door! I haven't had ice cream this good for a very long time. Rocky's has a variety of unusual flavors alongside the favorites like cookies&cream and rocky road. There is the option of scooped ice cream, or soft serve with different flavor elements mixed in. They make their own waffle cones in house, and you will be ruined for the cones elsewhere. The banana pudding ice cream is a great Southern addition and great paired with a scoop of chocolate. Pecan Praline was outstanding, because their pecans are large enough that you can bite into each one and taste the caramel coating. Rockys is my favorite ice cream joint! From day 1 the owners have gone above and beyond to get to know each customer and greet them by name when they come in. All the kids that work there are super sweet. Chloe is my favorite though! They are amazingly clean and got a 100 on their health score which is super impressive. I’m not a hotdog fan unless they are burnt on the grill but I love hotdogs at Rocky’s. I’m always torn between getting a peach milkshake, pineapple dole whip, sorbet, or a smoothie.
