Subway — Restaurant in Greene Township

When you come here make sure to listen if someone else is taking your order because otherwise you will be blamed for not listening and basically told that there is nothing they can do but call the manager instead of just remaking your subs. Also you will be talked badly abt in front of other customers while you're standing right there. Oh! And then you ask be accused of being friends with the person that took your order and that you're trying to scam them. Then you'll have the owner come up to you and lecture you how they will be checking credit card numbers now due to this incident. So unprofessional. Terrible customer service. You should never blame the customer for your mistake and then instead of just trying to make the customer happy continue to piss them off by accusing them falsly accusing them and basically telling them to be quiet because you agreed to finally make the order they paid for and waited an hr for. I hope every customer that saw this happen to me never returns and I hope corporate sees my email and...

I've frequented this Subway/gas station for years now and am extremely frustrated at how terrible it has become in the last year. At least the last 5 times I've visited I have left thoroughly annoyed. Today, as a few other recent times, there were not enough people on shift to run the Subway and normal register at the same time - we ended up leaving and going to McDonalds in Hamlin, after already standing in line over 10 minutes for food. Other times I have stood at the gas register for over 5 minutes to buy a bottle of soda, for the same reason. A few months ago they must have run out of coffee cups and had cheap foam ones out - that cup broke on my drive home and got coffee all over my car, seat, and leg. If you try to place a decent Subway order the people behind the counter often cop an attitude that you're ordering more than one sandwich. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else, this place...

ordered all American club, not toasted. She makes it behind a big metal cover so I can't see. puts bacon on the sub and cheese, and only 1x cheese, not 2x the cheese that it comes with. I mentioned it is supposed to have 2x cheese and she doesn't understand English, so can't understand what I'm saying. puts lettuce and tomatoes on it and I said "what about the bacon?" starts digging through the toppings and pulls 3 pieces of bacon out and says "right here.." i said "you're supposed to heat the bacon if it's not toasted..". go to pay and I pulled a drink cup, and before I could say I'm going to have a combo with cookies she charges me a sub and drink and doesn't ask me if I want a combo....so I told her.....combo with 2 cookies....get my cookies and I pay. she then says "I didn't charge you for the cookies, you told me about the combo after I rang you up.."
