Burger King — Restaurant in Greensboro

Friendly staff.....good breakfast....clean....fast usually.....good coffee......this review was way back......it's igone downhill......I went 2 days in a row.......both times I had to circle back around for condiments.....a few weeks later I went back..this time I remembered to check my order b4 pulling off from drive thru.....again missing condiments......when I asked for them the manager comes to window tells me get away from HER window several times. Then she tells me I'm banned from HER store.All this over condiments. No need to ban me I won't return to a place where the MANAGER is this rude and so immature she can't admit a mistake. NO THANK YOU. All I can say at this Burger King you can have it HER way not your way. With all the eating joints around i don't think I'd be chasing off customers. I have not been back to that Burger King since this happened. Don't know if manager us still there or not.... what I do know is I started going to Burger King on Gate City Blvd near Vanstory street.....it is waaaaay better......the food is hotter and fresher.....the staff courteous......mostly fast but everyone has the employee shortage so sometimes takes a few minutes......the Big difference is THIS Burger King is locally owned therefore they are gonna maintain high standards to keep their business successful whereas Holden rd Burger King has a manager .....seems it's just a job to her .....you can certainly tell the difference in quality of food and service and attitude.... I'll never go back to Holden as long as she's there. Well I finally made it back to this location 2025. Been several years due to manager. Nothing has changed. Same manager, same self important rude attitude. I see other reviews with similiar complaints. Cannot understand why she has not been fired. I usually do drive thru but I went in to use bathroom. Changed my mind when I saw bathroom. I'll hold til I get down the street to Circle K. I'm sticking to Gate City location. Again as long as this manager is there I will...

I've been going to this Burger King for over 15 years since they opened it. It has gone downhill. The ONLY good thing about this location is Barb. The last time I walked in there I was treated like I wasn't even standing there. I felt the racism as soon as I walked into the doors. From the employee talking on the phone standing in the doorway and wouldn't move so me and my 7 year old can get around her so we could go to the register. To both front cashiers walking to the back when we finally got around the rude employee on the phone. So we walked out to NEVER return. The quality of the food has even went downhill and everytime we go through the drive thru we have to pull around to the front door and wait on our food and it's not even busy and to top it off the food is not fresh. You would think if you have to wait on your food you would get hot fries. Ummm no! Please don't go here. Go to Arbys next door. It's so much better and the food is ALWAYS fresh. BUYER BEWARE AT THIS BURGER KING!...

Worst Burger King experience EVER! I placed a mobile order at 7:24p, let the person at the drive thru know. When i got to the window they gave me my drink and pie, then told me to go wait up front for the food. I waited for 30 minutes!! The employees locked the doors before 8pm so we couldn't go in and check on the order. We drive around, letting them know we still havent gotten our food since they wouldn't open the door even though it wasn't 8. The person im assuming is the manager says she sent someone out with the food already. I dont know who they gave it to, but it sure was me. THE PREGNANT LADY WAITIN ON HER FOOD! They argued with us, and then made something for us. The wrong sandwich. I had to turn back around to get my food corrected. Instead of making it fresh they just slapped the Swiss and bacon it that was missing on the messy sandwich they gave me. WORST LOCATION AND WORST SERVICE!
