McDonald's — Restaurant in Greensboro

I don't understand why this particle McDonald's seems to not want or care to train their employees. I have stopped there at least a dozen times on my way to work and all I get is an oatmeal and small coffee (which is always to dry and at least twice did not the fruit, there is only one type of oatmeal, it has apples and raisin's, hence fruit) Well this morningI had the opportunity to go in, sit down with a friend, eat, visit and catch up. I order my usual oatmeal, my friend ordered a big breakfast and coffee. Well he got his order and I stand still waiting on an oatmeal, which is nothing more than a package of instant stuff you add water fruit and stir, done. After I asked for my order while my friends food gets colder cause he's standing waiting on my instant breakfast. She brings it sits it down and walks away. It's dry, ok I knew that was going to happen, no fruit. So I asked for it, she oh you wanted the fruit, yes, you only have one kind and it comes with fruit, that's what I ordered, shakeout raisins in it, sits it down and walks away, ok I would like to also have the apples, and could you please add a little more water it's very dry. She looks at rolls her eyes walks to counter throws cup down and starts over, puts the raisins in comes over asked is this ok now, could you please add more water it's very dry and I would also like to have the apples she puts the cup on the back counter, says nothing and his to the register to take an order of someone who just walked in. Nevermind that I have been there so long my friend has now finished his breakfast, except the pancakes they forgot to give him that came with what he ordered. So I called someone over that looked like the manager, I asked if maybe I could just get an order of pancakes instead, (I just didn't want this oatmeal at all now) she asked well what did she do wrong so I told her, she said no to the pancakes and said she would have her fix me another oatmeal when she rang up these customs, now 3 more people in line).I'm now just standing shaking my head and laughing, my friend now has finished his pancakes and has left to go to work and yet I'm still waiting on my insist breakfast.... just give me my money back!! Thank you and goodbye.I will never go back there again. I could understand if this was just a bad morning but this is the regular. The"manager"was very rude, never apologised, didn't offer to try to fix the issue, and the oatmeal cost $.10 more there than any other McDonald's. No...

I used to eat at the Mt. Hope Church Rd. location pretty regular. My father used to meet me there, and we'd sit down and have a nice meal and conversation. The location just remodeled. What a horrible change. The seats are so uncomfortable, they got rid of the drink machine, and they walled off the kitchen. It now feels like you're eating in a prison chow hall. Concentration camp maybe? It's interesting that on several walls they actually painted what looks like bars, because, like I said, it feels like eating in prison. I'm sure they got rid of the drink machine to save money. But here's the thing. Customers are still going to get refills, but now they have to stand at the front, where there's never an employee stationed, and wait for someone to actually acknowledge a customer needing something. Then that employee has to go in the back and fill a new drink. They won't reuse your cup, so more garbage/plastic for the landfill. While I'm sure the remodel was probably not by choice, at least I hope not, there was nothing wrong with the place before they remodeled. I ate there today for the last time. Buns tasted like they had been microwaved 2-3 times, almost not edible. They also shrunk nuggets again(thinner). This is no longer a welcoming place to eat. It's a nightmare. Absolute fail on the remodel. I'm not alone in my viewpoint either. I personally know several people who have expressed the same things I've said here, and even talked to a few other customers when I was there today. You've lost...

they have a new manager and i walked in with my nephew and asked for a large coffee two mc chickens and my nephew a big mac and ther was a sweet younge lady working her first week which today was a lil busy and she had no help up front and i saw a rude uptight woman and she was a snob i get our food but had to wait literally 45 mins for the coffee and while i watched it over ther in the coffee pot but the younge woman had alot of customers while the ( manger) snobby woman lend over the conner talking to people see asked what are u still waiting for with an additude and she teels the girl 10 mins later to make my coffee while she had customers and the manger was sitting there doing nothing then i call up there when we get back cause my coffee spilt all over me had wholes in the cup and the food was very cold we brought it back up there after i called up there and the manger told me i was lying about the whole thing so my husband and nephew walk on with there food and make the manger see that it is cold and that we dont like being called a liar but then the woman goes on to say she never called me a liar when my husband said yes u did she just looked up with hate and everyone in the resurant left complaining and laughing saying this isnt fast food and the manger...
