Desi Roti Indian Restaurant — Restaurant in Greenup

Made a call for takeout order, tried to place an order for 1 Veg Biryani, 1 Rajma(Kidney beans) and 15 Roti(Chapati), Guy on phone told me they just can give 10 Roti with this order because they have more orders so I cancelled my order. First of all I wasn’t asking for free food you guys can’t deny customer’s order like this secondly I know this was an excuse you had more orders because I know some restaurants like you set a limit of Roti with one order of Sabzi so that’s all I want to say had a terrible experience with you guys and I’ll never spend a single penny on your restaurant ever. Adding my comment on your reply so listen brother I also have a suggestion to you stop defending your cheap action what you guys did, and I also saw your reviews you never accept your mistake on the other hand you always blame customers so I can imagine what kind of person or business owner you are. After that Lets talk about other reviews so I always give genuine reviews what those businesses deserve so that’s none of your business what I’m doing you better be improve your service. And here I am adding picture of that phone call when I called your restaurant and adding a another screenshot where I gave 5 stars to a restaurant you know why because they deserve that, But I know you will not improve your service or greed you will just blame customers whom have problem with your service so keep it up bro you guys...

I placed order today at 6 PM, and my order was veg biryani. They took my order and they said they will prepare my order half an hour before my ETA. I drove all the way to pick up my order 10 PM when I ask my order. He says they didn’t prepare my order because they don’t have rice. They didn’t even call me back to cancel my order. They didn’t inform me. They waited. Just I get there to ask my order, and then they gonna say that they don’t have rice for my order. Why they even took my order at top of everything that they didn’t even inform me and not feel sorry at all , no apology.shame on these people. These kind of people shouldn’t even exist in this business.guys do not ever order from these people because you don’t know you place your order. You are hungry. You come all the way here and what they gonna say about your order, so do not come here to waste your time. They don’t deserve...

Reason I give this place a low score is the concept doesn’t make sense! First of all the restaurant is inside a gas station with no seating available what I saw. I was really hoping to try to this place. When I was talking with the cashier he looked at me as if I didn’t know what I was talking about. I wanted chicken korma but he said they only had butter chicken. I said it was fine but than he said it doesn’t come with rice?? What type of Indian restaurant doesn’t provide rice with curry? It’s like saying you can eat a soup with out a spoon. The two rings go together. The worse thing is I didn’t even try to food hear but I didn’t want to pay extra for something that should automatically come with the dish already.
