Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Greenville

Ridiculous experience at this location. I have tried several times to order breakfast at the drive thru but no one takes your order through the speaker box. I waited 5 minutes this morning before driving up to the window where I still could not get anyone's attention. I finally went inside and the woman working did not even come to the counter, just screamed from behind the holding station asking what I wanted. Told her I wanted a toaster combo. She then made the sandwich half way and asked if I wanted hashbrowns, really, they come with the combo don't they. When she finally was ready to ring me up I was told I would have to pay for the bottle of diet coke at the other register. I had spent more than enough time already, told her to just keep it all and left. I definitely will...

Someone needs to tell the female staff members at Churches chicken in Greenville Mississippi that the customers did not force them to take that job, nor is the customer responsible for the current state of your relationship failures. Stay home or get a new job if you are that miserable at work, because as the customer I have every right to not have your negative energy transferred to my meal. Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever encountered. Went there today on Father's Day and waited 15 minutes before ordering two Number 8 platters. When I got home I had cold eggs, bacon and very lumpy grits. If the manager was present I was not aware, they are required to be up front calling product and prepare orders . Being a former Church's manager the single most thing I did well was cook less more often which kept fresh product at all times.
