Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Greenville

Won't go here again. Placed myself order on the app. Told 15-20 mins. When I got to store, door was locked. Lights were out. Drive thru was open. I got in line, I was the 7th car in line. I waited 1 hour to get to the window. I sat there waiting for someone to come. I saw employees walking back and forth talking on cell phones. Finally one of the comes to the window. I give my name, they retrieve my order, and tell me they are out of certain beverages. Not a big deal even though app says they have it. I take my order home. I open the pizza, it is not even warm. I opened the cheese sticks and they are cold and they gave me Ranch instead of Marinara sauce. I'm totally disappointed with the order. There was no one to complain to unless I wanted to wait another hour in the line that was blocking the street. I love pizza hut but this one in Greenville, MS...

Ordered for delivery and was told be about 45 minutes, 1 hour and 10 minutes went by so called back and was told it's on its way, 1 4 minutes past and I called back and was told it's on its way, I'm only 1 mile from them so waited 1 hour and 55 minutes I called back and got the call center and was told that there was no order in system so call back and was told they just left with it, I said I was told that before so the guy said well we made you a fresh one because yours was hard as a rock. So 2 hours and 40 minutes they show up and said here is your pizza. I told him I didn't want it after waiting 2 hours and 40 minutes and was told by the manager that I had to pay for it, no discounts or free for waiting . Very Bad management. Just lost a customer. My son just loves the Big Box! In it you get 10 wings of your choice flavor bone in or out. Also 2 large pizza 🍕 & bread sticks. If you get 1 topping pizzas it is $23.00. I purchased Pepperoni & Veggie it was $31.31. The food was delicious. 😋 I only have 1 thing to say negative. This is a drive through Pizza Hut & you cannot go in to pick up your pizza. I place my order about 45 minutes earlier & when I got there to pick it up I had to wait another 45 minutes to pick it up. Because there was a long line to the traffic light to pick up pizza at the window. Some people were getting out of line due this. Once a month I go to Pizza Hut.
