I love the breakfast food at McDonald's, however this location will be lucky if they ever get my business again. I come to this McDonald's every Monday morning for breakfast with my husband. We are regulars and we are always friendly & courteous with the staff. I grabbed 10, maybe 15 napkins, to put them on the table to sit my food on because the tables are usually dirty. The cashier came to my table, forcibly took the napkins out from under my hand, and told me I could not have that many napkins. When I told her that I needed them, she told me that her Manger told her to take them from me. She then went and moved both napkin dispensers from beside the drink machine and put them behind the cash register, so not only me, but also no other customers could get any napkins. That was completely uncalled for. There was no reason for that. I should be able to have as many napkins as I need. It is not for an employee to say how many I need. She was very rude, disrespectful, and nasty when she came and grabbed the napkins from me. An employee should not go up to any customer to take away napkins they are going to be using. I will be calling corporate because it was wrong for an employee to come and take napkins away from a customer like that. A simple, cordial conversation would have sufficed, instead of disrespectfully grabbing...
   Read moreI had a bad customer service experience here this morning. I went there and ordered two sausage McMuffin with the white cheese instead of the yellow, a breakfast burrito, and a tea. My total was $9 and some change, which I thought was odd, because of the special going on with the sausage mcmuffin for $1.69 right now, but I was in a hurry so I didn't check the food and left. When I got to work I found I was given two mcmuffins, but they had Canadian bacon on them. NOT what I wanted. When I took it back to the store, the person who took my order stood me down, telling me I did NOT say sausage. How are you going to tell me what I said, first of all and then when I request the difference, she gave me $1 back talking bout, "Since you said the wrong thing, I really shouldn't give you a refund". Those McMuffins that were not part of the deal were $3.19 a piece!!! That was very poor customer service, in fact, its the worst service I have received of any of the McDonald's I have been to in Greenville, NC area. I will not be returning and will suggest to my friends not to go...
   Read moreNow I usually do not write reviews for a McDonald's, but this one deserves one. After a long drive, I got a bit hungry, but only a little bit. This McDonald's was very close, so... After ordering at the machine, you get a table-sign and table-number. The machine was out of paper, so got no receipt. I mentioned this to one of the employees, but they were not interested. I went to sit at a table, put the table-sign up and waited for my order to be delivered. As stated on the table-sign. While playing with my phone, I did hear someone yell "order 839", but ... I had table-number 44. Therefore, it could not be me and I continued playing on my phone. After some time, someone came looking and brought me the food. Which was apparently "order 839", so said the little paper laying on the tray.. The fries were almost cold. Instead of the ordered Texas BBQ sauce, I got a ranch dressing or something alike. Both the ketchup machines were empty. It would not hurt the place to see a mop. Summarized, and they probably will not mind, I will not be stopping at this...
