Spectators Sports Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Greenville

Was on hold now for over 20 minutes! Finally hung up as I could hear the bar tender waiting on everyone in the bar while she forgot about me on hold! Will not give them my money ever again! Instead ordered from the Stoneyard... Stoneyard never disappoints!

UPDATE: Gave them another shot last night. Ordered a double order of fish, single order of fish and a crispy chicken sandwich. Ordered at 5:00, they it would be done at six (if we ordered a pizza it be faster they told us). Arrived to pick up the order at 5:50. They said it would be like 5-10 minutes, so I paid for the food. 15 minutes later was informed that they were out of fish and wanted to know what we wanted instead! Needless to say we cancelled the entire order and had them refund all the money. It is completely ridiculous to wait over an hour for food to find out they don’t have any fish! Lost 4 customers forever after this!

Their response was apologizing, stated they had a meeting between management and the owners and would like us to give them a 2nd chance by offering a free pizza... They really should have offered what we ordered last night for free for the following Friday. Pizza's at cost for a large is between $5.88 and $7.35, where our order came up to...

Was in the area and stopped here for a fish fry. We were not disappointed. Both my kid and I ordered the fried haddock. It was delicious. The breading was seasoned and not too thick. Big meaty chunks of firm flakey fish . Along with the standard coleslaw, bread and fries, ( I think there were other options for potato as well). The tartar sauce was good as well. Accompanied by a cold beer it made for a very tasty dinner. I don't make it around this area much but if I'm around again on a Friday I'll definitely stop in again.

The bar itself is nice. Tall ceiling. TVs with sports on. Drink specials. Mostly tall top tables so we sat in the billiards room . They do have an upstairs with extra seating but nobody was working that area tonight. It looks like they have some outdoor seating for when the weather is better as well.

My kid was also excited to see you could buy coozies in the vending machine. lol so of course we bought one...

First, the food is good. No denying that. My issue is with the service. I never leave a negative review after one experience, but we’ve now had two where the service was lacking. First, the last time we were there, after my burger was served my fries were still being made. They were brought out close to 10 minutes after I finished my burger and I got attitude when I complained.

Tonight, we walked in and sat at the bar and, while two staff members walked behind the bar and on the floor and collected money or delivered food or checks, we weren’t even acknowledged. This, despite one staff member walking right in front of us three times. No welcome. No ‘we’ll be with you shortly’. Not even a glance. It was rather rude. I wasn’t going to deal with it again, so we left.
