Wendy's — Restaurant in Greenville

Me and my children ate at Wendy on 11/23 and when I say the food was horrible! I order a spicy chicken sandwich meal my chicken sandwich was soaked in oil my fries where brown not golden brown than on top of that my fries where cold I order my daughter the spicy nugget meal with honey bbq sauce her nuggets and fries where both cold my son had a kids meal his fries which was cold it was a guy running drive threw and front counter by himself but he had 5 other workers in there as well one was on the fries and nugget while the younger lady was bagging food than it was a older lady who where fixing the burger who had a nasty attitude to her coworker “the guy running drive and front “ he was trying to let her know how I wanted my sandwich she got mad so he asked her where is my sandwich she yelled it’s on the board u got to come get it I looked over that I thought maybe she was having a bad day . On 9/19/24, I stopped in at Wendy's 1704 Highway 82 E (Greenville,MS). I have managed Fast Food before, so expect any host in direct contact with the public to be courteous. Host: Kimeshia never greeted me but motioned with her hand. I placed an order for 3 items in which she seemed confused as to what a Jr. Hamburger plain meant. I explained to her that it is a burger w/o any toppings. She gets upset and insists that's not a menu item. Simply ask a coworker or supervisor for assistance. If they allow us to come in the door, they ought to let us dine in. We thought we were dining in. And I asked her for 2 sour creams for my baked potatoe and she didn't give me but one. Then I had to stand there at the counter for quite a good while before she would get me a second one. And the baked potatoe is now almost cold and we still have to drive back to the hotel to eat it.
