Will never order from this location ever again !!!! Absolutely horrible rang the door bell one time waited a total of 15 seconds then left food on porch and left when calling back the what I’m guessing is a manager told me the driver called rang multiple times and knocked not realizing I have cameras so I was blatantly lied to and the lies just kept coming, then expecting me to pay for ice cold food so I had to drive to the location bring the food and the drinks back and demand a refund where he continued to lie to my face and fight me on refunding my money expecting me to serve ice cold food to my family While he kept making excuses that their websites not accurate, it’s totally off since the snowstorm Our drivers always call when they make a delivery and the lies just kept coming out so finally, I had a demand my refund one last time and he gave it to me. I placed the order for delivery tells me my food is one minute away 10 minutes later it says my food was ordered. I called the store. I’m put on hold. They tell me they’re calling the driver five minutes later. Somebody else gets the phone same thing. I’m calling the driver. I said the last person told me they were calling the driver. Oh, we’re extremely busy. OK it’s showing your food was delivered. I’m telling you my food was not delivered. Well it was. It was given to a man ma’am. I’m telling you my food wasn’t delivered. Well I’m telling you it was delivered and there’s nothing we can do about it. I want a refund. No it was delivered there. Nothing that we could do about it. I've been ordering from Domino's for a long time and in several states and I've ordered from this location a few times and the food has always been good. When I ordered today there was a little misunderstanding as I got a push notification saying that my food had arrived when it hadn't. I called the store and talked to Randy who was very professional and told me that the driver had a few deliveries on that run and the computer system probably got the orders confused and assured me that my food was on its way and would arrive soon. Sure enough, the delivery arrived within a few minutes of the call. When the delivery arrived, this particular pizza looked astonishing and tasted even better than it looked! Many kudos to Cole for his impeccable pizza making skills and Randy for her amazing job at being Assistant Manager!
