Taco Bell — Restaurant in Greenwich Township

I have been to many Taco Bells and this one is by far the WORST! I ordered by food through the app at 12pm to be picked up in a half an hour. When I arrive at the joint at 12:30, my food is nowhere to be found. I flagged down one of the workers and showed her the order on my phone and she just went, "Oh, okay..." and went about her business. I flagged down another employee and when she asked me what was the name on the order she brought me my drink that was already prepared. After waiting another ten minutes, I had to flag down a third employee. I showed her my order and she's gonna tell this lie that the reason why things aren't ready is because they computers aren't receiving mobile orders for some reason. Okay, if that was the case why was MY DRINK and NOTHING ELSE prepared?! Then the first employee I'd talked to is gonna stand there and LIE and say that I'm waiting for multiple orders. So the third employee saw my order and then started walking around the joint like she was lost instead of having my order made. By this time I had been there for twenty minutes. It wasn't until I mentioned that I only had ten minutes left of my lunch break that she finally used some COMMON SENSE and had her co-workers make my food.

Ordered regular beef nachos with an add on of steak. They gave me only steak. And I was just going to eat it. While eating I saw a hair!!!! I was eating it with my toddler ! 🤢 I called the store they said they will replace it. They replaced it but gave me beans and guacamole I did not ask for those to be on there. I took the guacamole off the side and the beans were on the chips and blended with the beef so I sucked it up. While almost done there was a small hair. It looks like a nose hair or beard hair, whatever in the container. I’m so done! So discussed! The manager seemed super nice and was very tentative about giving me the new nachos. I have been to this Taco Bell multiple times and they overcharged me multiple times. The last time about 20 minutes ago, I tell the girl she rung it up wrong. She calls for some guy. I tell him I go to Taco bell all the time and get the same thing and it should be 22 something. Which he lies and says all the Taco bells have different owners and different prices. So I show him on the app on my phone that the price is 22 dollars and some change. He says that the online price is different. He was just making up anything to get me out of the window. The last time another girl told me it was 28 dollars instead of 22 because of taxes. My kids were so excited that they opened a closer TB but..
