To the Owner: If negative stars were possible, this establishment would earn –1000. I ordered a cheesesteak sub, and it arrived missing the essential toppings — no lettuce, tomato, or onion.

When I called to bring this to your attention, the woman who answered was shockingly rude. Whether the issue came from your end or the Uber Eats app, the level of disrespect I experienced was unacceptable.

Uber Eats immediately refunded me after I provided proof, but the attitude and lack of professionalism from your staff left a far worse impression than the order mistake itself.

After reading other reviews, it’s clear this is a pattern — rudeness toward customers and delivery drivers alike. That is no way to run a business.

Having spent years working in the food service industry at PHL Airport, I know what professionalism and basic courtesy look like. This experience reflected neither.

Attached is a photo of the so-called sub sandwich: mushy, cold meat with cheese, vinegar, oil, and mayo on a toasted, stale roll. Absolutely unacceptable. 🤮

My first time placing an order with them today was horrendous.

I called them at 1:05 for one large pizza, I was told 25 minutes. An hour passes before I get any kind of call and when I do the Owner is being nasty with me stating that their driver called me a bunch of times and left text messages.

Their driver was calling the wrong number and never once checked in with the store to collect the number I called them from or from who.

When I call back to say it's okay and place my order a second time the Owner was still being rude and disrespectful said it'll be there in a hour and a half and hastily hung up.

Not even 30seconds pass before the Owner, once again, calls me back stating they will no longer deliver to my company's building because of this order I placed for one regular pizza.

The Owner continued to be rude and no one once took responsibility for the mistake of contacting the wrong person. Terrible terrible experience,I would not...

Just amazing experience! Everything made from scratch. I owned many restaurants and this place is the best kept secret! Owned and operated by husband and wife! The husband Carmino brings from Sicily his many home style gourmet Italian dishes all made to order. From the eggplant Rollatini to the shrimp oreganato. My main dish was the typical spaghetti with sausage and meatballs. The gravy was perfect and I enjoyed how the sausage was sliced and mixed with bite size meatballs with the spaghetti. My guest had rigatoni in a bolognese that’s was off the charts made to perfection! I ended the night with a cup of gelato and my guest Tiramusi.
