The pits. Haven't been there in decades, guess this is why. Wonton soup had hot, tasteless broth and cold, small, tasteless, synthetic textured wontons. The packaged soup noodles, even the duck sauce, was lousy.

And the Happy Family will NOT make your family happy. The deep fried elements on top were hot - the chicken was burnt - and the sauteed elements underneath were cold. The waitress asked, Do you want me to heat it up?

It was late and we were tired so Mom just said yes, by the way she had to chase her down across the restaurant, but honestly I would have had other ideas for her if there had been a drop of spirit left after a really long bad day. Everytime I'm in the area I always make sure to get this exquisite food. Dining in the service and food is amazing! You can’t get this from a normal Chinese Restaurant. Ordering out they put their best foot forward and go the extra mile. I was in the hospital room ( Radiology Department) with my mother and ordered ahead of time for pick-up thinking she’d be finished. Her MRI ran longer than usual and you know what Panda Pavilion did? They offered to have the food delivered to the hospital! Which they did and the delivery driver was just soo nice!!! And the takeout was just as good as dining in! I’ve eaten here so many times. This place is a high end Chinese food restaurant. They also have Japanese food. I consider them to be high end because the food quality is very high. Fresh, high quality ingredients. The establishment seems to be well kept and clean. I have dined in also and enjoyed the experience. Nice place for a lunch date or dinner with the family. They have great hours so I also take advantage of delivery and takeout. They make and deliver the food so fast!
