Broken Silence Custom Car Audio — Local services in Greenwich

The CUE system on my 2014 Cadillac CTS became unresponsive about 8 months ago. I contacted many different car audio specialists, and none of them serviced the CUE system. Cadillac dealerships said they can replace the system, but only after I brought it in and paid $250 for a diagnostics test, and then the cost of replacement was going to be more than $2,000.

Fortunately, someone with whom I spoke gave me the name of Broken Silence Custom Car Audio. I contacted B.J. Curcio (the owner) and he told me that they have replaced many such systems and the cost would be under $800. I made an appointment, left the car with them, and they explained that only the glass needed replacement (the dealerships said that the entire system had to be replaced). I now have a fully working audio system with complete access to all its features. Additionally, B.J. gave me a 2 year warranty on the replaced components.

I highly recommend B.J. Curcio and his company, and will be having them replace audio components on my son's car as well. B.J. delivered everything he said he would, and for the exact price I was quoted. I couldn't ask for...

I had an entire system put into my 2012 Acura by another “fabricator” and it was horrible. I was then told to try out broken silence car audio and what a difference. I met a man named BJ and showed him the install. He told me that unfortunately a lot of people who he’s dealt with in the past come for the same reason and that I was not to worry he would clean the whole thing up for me. He ran a bunch of ideas by me and we decided on how I wanted the car to look. When I came back to pick up the car. Somehow bj fixed all the loose rattling, made my car look super clean and custom but he also showed me why my system was acting as strange as it was. I highly recommend this dude. Brought my daughter’s first car into the 21st century- LITERALLY.

Got a ‘98 Cherokee XJ for her. She wanted a touchscreen audio system/CarPlay, and I wanted an alarm system. I also had a bare headliner and stained visors and BJ was able to bring in an associate of his who specializes in car upholstery. The car was fully modernized when I picked it up. Touchscreen was beautiful and new speakers sound fantastic. Alarm and remote start work great. The alarm system he installed uses the Drone app so as a parent, I was really happy about that.
