What kind of example is the manager Rob setting for his employees ...WORST customer service experience I've ever had. We ordered a pizza with breadsticks and dip for delivery, upon arrival we noticed the pizza was undercooked, You could see the wet dough under the toppings and pull it off. We called back and spoke with Rob and said we needed the order remade because the pizza was raw and we would like to enjoy our meal when it's hot. We also said we would pick it up since we didn't want to wait for delivery again. Once I arrived with my old order, I asked to speak with Rob again and they pulled the second pizza out of the oven. I showed him the raw pizza and asked for my whole order, he refused and said I could take the second pizza. I checked the second pizza.... it was raw. I showed him and he said that's how their pizzas are made and that he could put it through the oven again. As I pulled the stringy dough up, I said I've never received raw pizza before and that I want my whole order or a refund. He refused. I asked for store info and district manager contact info, he tried to verbally give me the store info. When I asked for it to be weitten down for me he said no and refused to give me any other information that I asked for. So ofcourse I raised my voice and asked the entire crew for the information, only one person responded and said they didn't have it. I asked Rob for a refund as I left the entire order on the counter and he again refused. So I left with my raw pizzas and cold bread and dip.
Dominoes customer support was great, the following day they reached out. Apologized multiple times, gave me my FULL refund as well as a credit for that location that we will NOT be using. My business can go where it's appreciated. I sincerely feel awful for employees working under Rob because if you can be so disrespectful and rude to a paying customer, I can't even imagine how you may speak and treat your employees.
I truly hope someone from higher up takes action to improve the quality of service at this location, starting with management that cares about not only their employees, but their service and their store as well. This location has a 2 star rating for a reason.

Read moreI would advise for you to not go to this location. This is the closest location to our apartment so we tried to give them a chance, in fact we gave multiple. This location never fails to deliver a bad experience instead of a hot and tasty pizza. Every time we call for a delivery they mention how it's going to take 1.5 - 2 hours so we opt in for carry out. During the blizzard in March we drove to pick up dinner to come home and find out only the top pizza was correct. What was upsetting was that when we called back they KNEW we were driving home with the wrong order and did not care. So here we are, driving through the blizzard to get our correct order since the ones they gave us were very unique to a specific taste. When we got there we were offered NO apologies... Another incident occurred when we ordered delivery and the pizza came 2+ hours later (we were told he was "on the way" for 1+ hours) and the delivery driver somehow managed to puncture our sauce, have half of it spill out, and again offered no apology or compensation for another sauce. And of course, the third times the charm. The most recent experience was yesterday, and I am kicking myself for giving them that 3rd chance. We went to carry out and when inside, two employees were in the back for 10 minutes ignoring us, despite multiple attempts to grab their attention, even while making eye contact at one point. If it was not for the kind female delivery driver helping us out after she got back to the store, how long were we expected to be ignored? AGAIN, no apologies from the two men who were ignoring us. And the icing on the cake was that the guy who was ignoring us was the same one from last month who gave us the wrong pizza.I have been ordering from y'all for years, and have never encountered such an incompetent store. Read moreOver all horrible experience with this place, Gideon started my order at 1:33am which was later than I normally order due to coming home from the hospital today with our newborn . I ordered a quick snack for the wife and I and assumed all was well. 1:55am rolls around and the tracker had not updated from them prepping the pizza which I assumed they may have missed the tracker update since it was late and they may have been busy. I called at 1:55am to get an update and they proceeded to let the phone ring. I drove down the street since it’s a 2 minute drive and proceeded to hear the phone ringing nonstop from outside the store while all employees were ignoring the phone call while also finishing cleaning and shutting everything down. After 2-2:05am rolls around they finally come out only to say oh we’re closed and everything is shut down . Gideon said there was nothing he could do initially and claimed his system was messed up, then claimed he was busy cleaning, then claimed he was busy making food, then claimed he actually messed up and he doesn’t know what happened and how he missed the order . The staff was just very unprofessional and from all the recent reviews the corporate office definitely needs to look at the management system in order to not let this one store bring down the dominos name as it has within my experience. I’ve never had such an unprofessional experience with anyone as I had with Gideon and it was just appalling.
