Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Four Corners States

I have been to this Sonic about 5 times and they can NEVER get things correct. Last night we went because I wanted a real fruit slushy. A strawberry with extra strawberries added. So I get my drink and take a sip and it taste like NOTHING ! Remind you this is a REAL FRUIT slush. I open it and it has no color just the clear color of the slushy ice. There are only 2 strawberry pieces laying on the top. I stir it and can tell there is NO strawberry anything in this drink. So the waiter comes back out and I tell him it doesnt have any flavor. He says ok Ill take it back. He brings it back and says I know you arent gonna like it. I said why ? He said because we ran out of the strawberry flavor for this drink so this is what we could squeeze out ! Opened it up and there is only a tint of red in the cup on top of the ice. No strawberries or flavoring. My thing is when we ordered they knew that they were out of the mix. You didnt have enough to make a regular one yet let alone one with extra strawberries. But you still charged for extra when you didnt have any . The waiter even said they didnt. I asked for my money back. Its always something with them.The only thing they can get right is ice cream. Food NEVER comes out correct and most of the time not even hot.I need to find another Sonic because this one...

I would not give a place such a low rating, however I have been here a few times over the last two years. It just seems like the owners/managers do not know what they are doing. Tonight at about 10:45, and once before, I went through the drive thru. The man had an accent, but spoke English well, though he did not seem to understand what we were talking about. We ordered a double cheeseburger combo, no mustard, with tater tots and an all American dog without mustard. When we placed the order, he kept asking if we want a plain hot dog with just ketchup... I kept repeating the hot dog with everything on it, BUT no mustard. It took him four tries to understand. Once we got the food, the hot dog was way too soggy to eat. Mine ripped in half. The burger, on the other hand, seemed to have mustard soaked into a quarter of it... I asked for none. It seems like the meant to put it on the burger; even then, they didn't spread it across the burger. They just left the full amount on one corner.....

Very bad experience , the guy taking order was sounding that he was taking orders in rush . We ordered 2 milkshakes and one lemonade slush but he didn’t even ask what size we need so my husband had to tell him that he need to ask us what size we want , later at counter we found the order was messed up, also the lemonade slush was horrible it was just some lemon juice with pieces of ice but was not slush which cost us $3.79 There is no good service at sonic Denver this is our second time we were at sonic and both time bad experience.. other sonic in Denver also messed up our order and gave us half filled fries which were cold .I think there is no adult supervision and this place is given to kids to run , waste of money and time I had been to sonic in Oregon state and Washington state and the service was awesome but in Denver so far horrible experience . Try to call on given phone numbers on receipt where 303 was not correct number and 720 was answered by someone very unprofessional . Sonic management should look in to these matters seriously or they will ruin...
