Arby's — Restaurant in Greenwood

Update to previous review** Still loving this Arby's but I want to advise all Arby's fans; the website does not work for this location! It says "this item not available at this location, choose another location" for every item on the menu. Online you can not get any pricing info, can not order for pickup, and if there is loyalty points, you won't get them here. Just saying corporate Arby's does not seem as proud of this restaurant as I am. Last week, there was a Love's merchandising guy eating when I ate here, so I showed him the disfunction. I hope he can get some action. Until then, take it from me, they have a full menu and great people that can help you with most anything.

You can never tell what quality of food you will get from visit to visit. I’ve had exceptional to down right awful. An example is I got one of the Italian sandwiches when leaving on a trip down south and that had to be the best sandwich but then I ordered it again a couple weeks ago and it was dry and the bun was hard. Also we tried to get the gyro but found out they stopped getting the gyro meat and substituted roast beef because the sandwich was not selling as well as others. We were very disappointed. I must also say the prices are pretty high but this one is opened all night which is convenient. My all time favorite thing there is the apple turnover. It is simply delicious. So it is a gamble to...

So the fries were so good. But we tried the wagyu beef burger... gross! The sign said medium well doneness. It was raw inside. When I complained they argued that it comes that way already. They did however offer to make me a new one, but huh, no thank you. "If it comes that way" what's to say it won't come that way again. The manager asked if I wanted something else or my money back, I declined because I was just done. And i didn't want my money back because I did eat all of my fries and my drink. But he brought me my money back anyway. That was very awesome. I will definitely just stay with the roast beef sandwich. And maybe Arby's should stick to roast...
