Denny's — Restaurant in Greenwood

Ordered a Slow Cooked Pot Roast meal with Broccoli w cheese and corn and a philly cheesesteak meal.. got home to Texas to the most disgusting plate ever. Pot roast was pure fat, no cheese on my broccoli and the corn looked white. The philly cheesesteak was quite gross as well. I called, Wendy said she would comp my order next time I came through town. Tonight I came through town, I ordered 2 plates of biscuits & gravy w/ hashbrowns & eggs and a cheeseburger meal and a side of loaded nacho tater tots. I agreed to pay for the loaded nacho tater tots and the extra order of biscuits since I only ordered 2 meals last time. Wendy was there tonight as well, she charged me for the cheeseburger and tater tots costing 16.73 total I thought that was completely unprofessional considering my pot roast meal alone was 10.29. She refused to ring up the total of my two meals bought last time and gave me a menu where I found the price of the pot roast. I told her to take the meal back and refund me my money then. She wanted to take entire order back in order to fix the problem. She called her boss, Ms. Amanda who was very nice and professional when I spoke with her on the phone. To whom it may concern I understand sometimes life gets hard when we're not working kids husband or wife maybe acting up and stress you out. But doesn't give you you the right to give bad service to any customer whether it be race color or gender. With everything going up in prices all we want is good food and services. Not only de we as truck drivers pay almost double the prices when we are on the road we also have to figure out the tip. Not only do we have to be out of our homes and away from our families we have to fight in traffic put up with shippers and receivers attitudes. The last thing we want is to get bad service in a sit down restaurant that we are over paying. So to the lady that ignored me when all I was asking for were some utensils and you sure you had put some in the bag and ignored when I was trying to show you that there wasn't anything there. That a lady on her time off that happened to be there and give the utensils that you were so sure that you put in my bag. The food is ALWAYS good and the people here are always awesome!! The energy was WAY OFF on this visit. I was very concerned by one employee's challenging demeanor. We were worried that there were going to be complications with this one employee upon entering the establishment with my service dog. I admit to being instantly upset by the situation. This particular employee seemed to already have been in a bad mood when i saw her.. EXTREMELY unprofessional. My disability is unseen, my dog was NOT. My service animal was just something she could (and DID) fuss about... She informed me, MORE THAN ONCE, that she has allergies!! I refrained from explaining my situation. I dont have to explain what causes the NEED to have him by my side. He provides to me, a service, not only a comfort. I apoligize, i know i have complained rather roughly.
