We ordered our pizza online. It was a $60 order. The online coupons wouldn’t scroll so that you could apply them so I ordered without using the coupons For which we were eligible. I instantly received a message that the order would be ready in 30 minutes, along with a text and email. 30 minutes was a bit long for pick up of only 2 pizzas with 2 sides, but went ahead and kept the order. My husband drove to pick up the order and was told there was no order despite the text he had showing the order. He returned home with no pizza and not happy. I called to ask why my credit card had been charged then told there was no such order. They put me on hold then returned to say there was a glitch in the system but have now found my order and could process it. It would be ready in 20 minutes. I had to ask for a discount and was given only 10% off. We had to drive to the pizza place twice and didn’t get home with our pizzas until 2 hours after the original order was placed. I should have cancelled the order but had already told the kids we would be eating pizza. I’m certain we won’t be eating there again. The people on the phone and the manager in the background truly acted as if they could care less whether they had our business or not. A waste of my valuable time and money. I’ll stick with Arnie’s. Read moreGood pizza, but because of the way takeout was handled this evening, we will never order from this place again. Shame. I sit in the car for the 25 min that they told me it would take. Walk in to get my takeout, line is to the door. I get to 3rd in line after standing 10-15 min patiently, just for the gal to start calling phone numbers out to come get there pizza, low and behold, someone who just walked in, at the back of the line, just mosied on up and collected there order. Obviously, the other patrons and myself look at one another like what the heck. I decided there's no telling how much longer at this point since we are pulling people in no order. I tell the woman that I no would longer like my order since we are just in a free for all. Rather than her acknowledging and apologizing, she tried to justify her actions, very rudely, and stated there were only so many orders ready. Not true, I saw at least 6, including mine, and she pulled the last one placed in the warmer. Thanks but no thanks. So, I go to McDonald's and get half my order and it's cold....
Read moreLove your pizza, bread sticks. But Thursday went to pick up my call in order. It was 845. Doors locked. Had to call to get in but there almost a bunch of people around the bar. Pretty sure it was staff. The person trying to take my order was kinda sensitive. I tried joking. She took it way badly. I tried explaining and she just snapped. Knowing my previous experiences. I'm guessing she and the staff were a little snukerd. Meaning a little drunk. And it was 845 when I tried picking up my food. She was too extreme for me. I left without the food. If you're going to close that early from your regular time. Let people know when there picking it up. I'm usually the last to complain. But knowing my previous experiences with your restaurant that have been so spectacular in everyway. I'm hoping you find out if they were drunk and why closed so early but not telling someone who calls in a pick up order. I hope you have cameras. No hard feelings.
