When I went in the store I saw the KFC worker going to the Subway station. So I went to the bathroom and came back. I could hear someone in the back working. So I eventually got the worker attention in the back.. This is at 1:21 in the evening. I told the worker I wanted on a chicken breast and coleslaw, and she ring it up. Whoever the worker was that was at subway came told the worker she couldnāt ring it up like. She went in an changed it. She said you can get a meal for $7.00 and something, I told her that find. Then she took it as I had an attitude, asking me they didnāt help you. I TOLD HER THEY WERE BACK THERE WORKING. While sheās was standing up at the subway talking, and you have a customer @ kfc counter needing help. I didnāt want a drink or a biscuit. But you charge me for something I didnāt want. The chicken was so small my 6 year old didnāt even get full! Not happy at all about the customer service the dining area was nasty drinks spilled all over the floor!Was just really upset about the portions that was given to us! Husband felt it was intentional being we was trying to read the menu taken away from her phone time! Update: just now I was very pleased with the manager reaching out to me to apologize for how we was treated and the food! He also was interested in hearing what our thoughts were to make it a better place! We need more managerās like this! He also will be replacing our meal on them!Very nice respectful guy! Ā Ā Ā Read moreRelatively rule employees who don't know their menu. I ordered a meal and chose an uncharge for their mountain dew with vanilla syrup. It took me showing a manager on the kiosk what I had ordered after being given a regular cup. And instead of making it in the back, she brought the vanilla syrup up front with no instructions....only to complain at me because I put too much vanilla syrup in it (apparently was supposed to be just one pump and I did three). I really should have said "if you don't want the customer to guess how to do it, you should do your job and do it for the customer" but instead I was polite and say that I was not aware of how much to put in and guessed, she did not push any further.
