Subway — Restaurant in Greenwood

I ordered online for pick up at 8:30 p.m. may 5th. I then ordered again for my husband who decided he wanted a sandwich and it was pickup at 8:50. My son went to pick it up for us and called and said they only had one order and as I was not wanting to get dressed because I didn't feel good and the husband's back was hurting we still had to get dressed come out of the house come to Subway even though he had screenshots of the receipts that we paid online because they close at 9:00 instead of 10:00 like it says online I could not get my food made nor can I get a refund I was told to call in the morning. That they have a new owner. They said they never got the first order but it came out of my account and it's under my recent orders and this is exactly why I have not ate Subway in over 3 years all I wanted was some Italian herb and cheese bread. I was looking forward to that for over a month I'm finally decide to order it. This is why I never have ordered from the subway and I live a block away but maybe Itll get better with this new owner, we shall see how this problem is handled tomorrow. I will update this if I can get my sandwich made tomorrow when I get off work. I asked the workers how will they know I didn't pick up my food and they were like just come up here in the morning they didn't take my name...

I purchased the worst Tuna Sub ever from Thiis Subway store in Greenwood SC. It was mainly a Bread sandwich with traces of Tuna three strips of red onion. Two shreds of lettuce a paper thin piece of Tomato and Air.! The staff did not even accept a Subway advertised coupon I received in the mail that day.!!! I asked why they would not accept the coupon ? They indicated that their store could not accept coupons Because the owner of the store instructed them not to.!!!! These three young Hispanic servers were not properly trained for the tasks they were performing in the public. I asked if they were truly part of the Subway store Franchise? Neither of the three could positively say that they or the store was part of the stores Franchise. The colors all say “(Subway)”.!!!! But the operation cannot be real.!!!! The Franchise name is most definitely being negatively affected by operations such as this. This needs to be corrected or the Name of the Franchise needs to be removed. Poorly...

I can say that I absolutely loved my food from here this day/time I ate here.. We went through the drive thru on this particular visit and store that we stopped at this day/time... Everything here was most definitely excellent and a great, wonderful experience, I loved it.. The service was great and was great speed, service time for a drive thru as well.. The employee was extremely friendly and polite, she actually got my food correct and done right.. The prices were good and I just really enjoyed this time experience and my food... I will have no problem with going back and eating here again.. Great, excellent tasting meats, cheese, and fresh vegetables... Employee's here very friendly, pilot, and greet you as...
