New York Pizza & Pasta — Restaurant in Greenwood

Called and placed two orders back to back get there sit in line 10 mins get to window pay for order and Gloriana handed me one order then told me to pull right back around for second order so sit in line again proceed to window once more only for Glorina to tell me to pull around yet again so I as is someone running it out since I need to get out of line again she tells me ummm she just works there and offered me to pull back around or park nothing else she can do, meanwhile my first 80 dollar order is getting cold so have to park for 16 more mins waiting for her to flag me down which she never does instead a few more go to you know where glances from her instead so my daughter finally runs in to check and what do ya know it has been ready. So Gloriana baby it’s time to get a new profession your not cut out for...

I simply ordered a steak and onion sub...tell my why they decided to put cheese and bell peppers on it...I waited 46 mins. The white manager refused to return my money but wanted me to wait another 46 mins for the right sub?? I refused.. I cussed her out..tore up the food..left in floor. That was rude. But her refusing to return my money because they got it wrong...wth. a 2nd manager asked what was wrong..at least she tried to give me a credit.. Thanks Shontell you should be the CEO of that place..you don't get ppls order wrong and refuse to give them a refund...I will never ever eat from here...that was my first and last visit...no one from my circle will eat from here..cousins, friends, love ones.. absolutely no one....1...

Since 2014 My husband and I have always made this our date spot. We would travel from Augusta Georgia 3 times a month just to have New York Pizza. Today we traveled to the new location just across the street from the old. We both were disappointed. We normally order the cheese bread sticks along with lasagna that normally included the salad. To our surprise every thing is charged separately. The personal service we received at the old place was awesome. The new place is self serve. They bring the food to your table and you fix your own drink. It didn’t seem like a little hometown feeling that we have grown to love. Great to see the growth just sad to see the loss that took place...
