Arby's — Restaurant in Gretna

Holiday InnExpress We are staying at the Holiday Inn. My husband went to Arby’s cause it’s next door. He ordered a roast beef sandwich, got me the brisket sandwich which is usually amazing no matter what state you’re in. And then he ordered plain boneless chicken tenders. Twenty some odd dollars later, his sandwich and mine were lukewarm at best. The curly fries were cold and there were no chicken tenders for the dog. You would think making up to $15 an hour you could make warm sandwiches, spread the sauce evenly on the sandwiches not just drop a blob and fulfill the entire order. Not worth driving back over, but won’t go back. I can’t stand taco John’s but at least it was hot and everything was in the order. I made $10 an hour starting as a bank teller. $15 an hour as supervisor over dispatchers at a phone company. These people are getting close or actually $15 an hour and mess it up. Not a good experience. We have been to this Arby's before and we have had good service but this time there was a girl working the drive thru that had very bad customer service skills. First she got our order wrong and after we pointed it out she acted like it was our fault. Second when my wife asked for the receipt to see if we were getting charged right she acted like we weren't suppose to ask for a receipt and handed my wife a crinkled up receipt that she had pulled out of the trash. Then when we got home she still got the order wrong they forgot a curly fry. We did call the manager and he did apologize for the actions of the girl and we will go back to this restaurant. We have gone back since this happened and she was no longer employed there and we did have a much better experience. I originally gave them 3* I am now...

The girl working the drive through was literally the rudest person I’ve ever encountered. She basically through my food at me. I have no idea what was wrong with her, I hadn’t been rude at all. Also when I got there I had to wait 10 minutes before anyone asked me for my order and there was no one in front or behind me. I actually called inside to see if they were even open. Then when I ordered she kept cutting me off and saying ok pull forward or anything else, while I was still talking. And then to top it off, when I got home and we got our food out, it was disgusting, I don’t even know what they did to it. My husband got sick 10 minutes after only eating one bite.
