Food: 3.5 (Average Pizza but fresh) Customer Service: 5 (Shout Out to Alex) Inside: 4 (Organized & Clean) My coworker and I decided to stop here for lunch during one of our professional development and was pleasantly surprised to find quite a good deal for a lunch special. For $9 we were able to get the buffet (pizza and bread balls) with a drink for $6.99 and a salad for $3. The buffet had multiple pizzas with a variety of toppings including chicken. I did notice all the pizzas had meat and I don't care for meat on pizza so I made a request for a pizza with only veggies. Alex our cashier, was very helpful and put a request in for a vegetable pizza. When I asked about how long the wait would be (so I would have an idea when to come back up) I was told that it would only be a few minutes. Sure enough within maybe 5 minutes. Alex was kind enough to walk over to let us know the pizza was available. They also had these little bread balls. One with garlic sauce which was a little on the dry side for me since they didn't serve marinara with it but the buffalo bread ball was actually pretty good and I'm surprised that I like it. I still needed a sauce so I dipped it in the blue cheese dressing that was served with my salad. Generic salad but it hit the spot and none of the dressing are homemade which was fine for the price. The pizza was pretty good, it puts me more or less in the mindset of the type of pizzas that you would get if you were at CiCi's Pizza or Sam's but of course not as quiet as big as Sam's Club. The food had fresh ingredients and was freshly made. It was definitely worth of a quick lunch. The staff was friendly and it was extremely clean in the inside. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the Griffin area and don't want to spend a lot of money.

They’re incredibly stingy on the toppings. So I order a large pepperoni pizza and you’d swear there’s some international embargo on pepperoni. Each slice has a single pepperoni if not none at all. This is horrible. To pay as much as you do here, you’d think they’d do better. I used to come here a lot but this is ridiculous.

Filthy and noisy. Unattentive help with an attitude. The wings have hardly any meat and the pizza is paper thin. Save time and money, and go to Papa John's across the parking lot.

I hate to be a Karen and I’m usually not, the past 3 times I’ve visited this store has been a bad experience with the buffet. Zebulon has raised the bar VERay high for this service and my expectations! I really paid close attention today so I could report the issues.

I was charged for my ranch, charged for two that is since one might not have been enough, but saw someone get ranch for free by asking.

Main issue - 2. Arrived at 12:40 and someone had spilled drink on the bar so they were remaking pizza, at the time only bread balls, supreme and pepperoni was an option. So I waited 15 min for them to make more - 2 more bbq varieties came out and 1 dessert. I had 2 slices of the bbq and waited on more to come out, about 25 minutes no more pizza came out. The teenagers were on their phones in the back, eating in the back, 5-10 min passed and no one was even making pizzas at all! So I patiently waited but GUESS what ?! It was 1:30 now and no more pizzas were going to be made. I’m leaving hungry after paying for a buffet and ranch!

Those kids saw me staring and even glaring - every last one of them! They didn’t once ask “Is there something you’d like to see on the bar?” They saw me not eating for 25-30 min staring at the bar but …….. nothing.

I expressed my frustration at the counter once the little girl told me that no more pizzas were to be made. She offered nothing at alll…….. nothing - not a free personal, not a refund, not even a sorry ma’am or a f- you. NOTHING

My advice - don’t let’s babies run ya business.

Similar experience the past few visits. I know one person not being in this store is not financially impactful but really wish this country’s give a damn was still around in its people. Kids don’t have it. Hope...

This is kind of a mixed review, really. We have been going to this establishment for years, and have always had a great experience when eating dine-in. Occasional attitude from some of the employees, but nothing worth leaving a negative review about because the pizza, salads, and everything else we have ordered have always been fantastic.

But today we ordered our first carry out for my son's birthday. He has always wanted the huge party pizza, so today he got it. We ordered a couple of medium pizzas for the adults as well. And keep in mind while reading this, that we placed the order early with a planned pick up for several hours later, so it wasn't like we sprung the order on them.

Normally, the pizzas are well made and have plenty of toppings, not leaving you wishing you had ordered extra toppings. That was not the case tonight with the carry out order. The party pizza had so little toppings (was just pepperoni and cheese), I had to even ask if they forgot the pepperoni. I was told they were on there, just under the cheese. The cheese and sauce was so thin, you could see you could see the dough in a lot of places. The crust was like eating cardboard on top of the lack of toppings. Same went for the supreme, and the "white pie" might as well have been cheese bread, because the sauce was almost non existent. I have had better pizza out of the frozen section than what we received tonight.

All that said, for now, American Pie will still be our go to dine in pizza spot. At least until we have a similar experience dining in. Just very let down that it kind of put a damper on our son's birthday party after telling everyone where we were getting the pizza from. Hope this was just a one time fluke, and the next experience will...
