Usually I don't say much. I understand that is hard to find good help sometimes. I understand being short handed at times. Today one young lady working, thats the only one I saw in the front. I was second in line for a good 6 to 8 minutes while she helped the gentleman in front of me. As I was waiting two young girls got in line behind me and we're waiting. In the meantime a woman and child come up standing in the middle trying to decide what they want and then proceed to the other window. The young lady working finished with the gentleman in front of me slammed the window shut and proceeded to help the woman at the other window. Not only was annoyed with the employee but also the woman at the other window. The employee didn't even ask if I was next, tho she would have to be blind not to have seen me and the woman at the other window to not have said that myself and the girls had been waiting and she had just walked up. I called and simply asked for an oreo cyclone with a light amount of extra topping bc the first time I got extra oreo it was far too much to eat more than a couple bites, the oldest woman in there, amongst the children, showed the worst customer service possible, by rudely asking'whats the problem', with so much disgust, I nearly said never mind, but instead ,I calmly stated but when I called I asked for a cyclone with a light amount of extra oreo topping, she replied that was too confusing and shut the glass window on me. Then when she got my Shake remade, she opened the window, set it on the counter, yelled my name, and slammed the glass shut. NOT a very good example for these children learning how to work with the public,...

I love this little sweet spot - but I need to apologize for my uncle who was there earlier this month and he was SO rude to your employee and the owner - he complained that he was 'being discriminated against' because you don't serve sugar free ice cream. He is a total snob from California who lives a very cushy life. I told my uncle to put a sock in it next time.
