Grinnell College Museum of Art — Attraction in Grinnell

Art museum that is the only thing open to the general public at the private college in a mid sized town. Almost nothing for exhibits when they have all this empty space & potential for it. 2/3 of the space was closed off, either having remodeling done or in transition of artwork. Seems like what they do is either: 1 or 2 focus artists or types of art to display. My visit on 6/8/24 between 1:45pm-2pm had clay pottery on display. Both a department instructor & TA we're friendly. They should have a student section for those that make exceptional artwork that are grade A that would be worth displaying to help fill...
